For the first time ever, all three of America’s long-range bombers, the B-2 Spirit, B-1 Lancer, and the B-52 Stratofortress, are in combat at the same time.
When the U.S. rolls out its entire bomber family tree, you know things are about to get biblical.
U.S. bombers have already hit over 200 targets deep inside Iran, including around Tehran. The B-2s are dropping 2,000-lb penetrators on underground missile bunkers, and they still have the 30,000-lb GBU-57 bunker busters on deck, the same ones they used during Operation Midnight Hammer when they punched holes through Iranian nuclear sites.
The B-1s don’t bother with stealth. They just show up fast and angry, carrying 75,000 lbs of ordnance or 24 cruise missiles at a time. They were the same platforms used to flatten Venezuelan air defenses before the U.S. grabbed Maduro.
And then there’s the B-52, still blowing things up like it’s 1968. They can drop bombs, spot ships, and loiter forever.
Now put these three together and you get an almost nonstop hammering of missile depots, launchers, silos, anything Iran needs to keep launching attacks.
