I see anons cheering the number of Meuller (et.al.) generated sealed indictments (45468). I’m not so sure that’s a good thing. Think about it for a moment:
Federal Judges – 3294
Average Federal Indictment trial time – 3 – 5 months (4 months = 120 days)
Number of Indictments – 45468
5456160 days – 14948.38 years trial time
Indictments per judge - 13.8 (1656.39 days = 4.54 years)
Meuller could theoretically tie up EVERY federal judge for 4.54 years (or 1600 of them for 9.34 years) In other words, Meuller could easily paralyze the federal courts for longer than Trump will be in office. Is this really something to cheer about?
