8kun Rebirth: 8chan rebranded as 8kun and continued to find refuge in the network of services associated with Epik and its CEO, Rob Monster, who has defended the rights of controversial, far-right platforms to remain online.

The "Deplatformed" Portfolio: Epik became known as a "refuge" for sites kicked off mainstream internet providers, hosting other controversial platforms like Gab, Parler, and BitChute, often alongside 8kun.
