The University of Delaware released a statement denying Jill Biden's claims to have a PhD in education.
"Mrs. Biden did earn a master's and entered the PhD program," wrote Dean of Education Joseph Barron, "But she never completed the program."
Barron is the new dean and has no ties…or allegiance…to the Bidens.
#BREAKING: Los Angeles police have reported that a 46-year-old man has passed away early this morning after allegedly cutting off his own p*nis off across from the LA Convention Center, and bled to death.
Officials say they do not yet know what may have motivated the man to harm himself, and the incident remains under investigation.
