Been trying to tell people the ice cream trucks get followed by cars who are photographing the children.
Somebody puts in an order and they drive to the neighborhood playing the music. They strike fast and are gone.
The police don't act for hours ….when it's too late….but then…..I'm just the tinfoil hat guy…
