Each media outlet has an account with SecureDrop and they pass their talking points back and forth there. It is extremely difficult to get into. Trust me I tried. Requires 2 separate computers, one that is completely secure with ports and internet access removed. It also requires 2 separate USB sticks to pass the info back and forth.
