James O’Keefe and his team of journalists went undercover on Skid Row in Los Angeles posing as homeless people.

‘Petitioners’ told the undercover journalists that they are paid between $7-$10 per signature. Some of them earn up to $1,000 per day.

“California NGOs Encourage Fake Addresses To Homeless People To Sign Petitions & Register Voters, A State & Federal Felony. Footage Shows 28 Instances Of Cash Changing Hands For Ballot Signatures & Voter Registration Forms,” they said.

“Many of the petitioners had no understanding of the petitions’ purpose they were advertising. Circulators also instructed individuals to use fake addresses. “Oh, you can just fake an address.”” OMG reported.

“Weingart Center, which received hundreds of millions in public funding, is on tape directing people to where the fraudulent petitioners are located, and directing homeless individuals to petitioners & coaching plausible deniability,” OMG said.

O’Keefe Media Group reporters encountered “28 instances of petitioners offering cash, cigarettes, and marijuana for signatures on petitions.”

“See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea,’” a Weingart Center employee told the undercover journalist. Continue…

It’s a danger that comes from the People’s Republic of China — the United States’ most dangerous enemy on the global stage.

According to a document obtained by Just the News, and confirmed with officials who had knowledge of the investigation, Beijing was able to electronically infiltrate unidentified American election systems as part of a cyber-espionage campaign.

“[Redacted] Chinese intelligence officials analyzed multiple U.S. states’ [Redacted] election voter registration data, [Redacted] to conduct public opinion analysis on the 2020 US general election,” a portion of an April 2020 National Intelligence Council document stated.

The memo, titled “Cyber Operations Enabling Expansive Authoritarianism,” was “quietly declassified” in 2022, but received no attention from either President Joe Biden’s administration or from the establishment media.

“That means six years later that the U.S. intelligence community has yet to fully inform the American people or the Congress on the breadth of evidence it possesses of China’s actions, how Beijing got the data, and what operations it has taken or contemplated,” wrote Just the News founder John Solomon and chief investigative correspondent Jerry Dunleavy. The U.S. Army has identified the two suspects in the theft of two drones at Fort Campbell in Kentucky.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, in a post on the U.S. Army Fort Campbell Facebook Page last week, a spokesperson revealed that four Skydio X10D Drone Systems were stolen from the 326th Division Engineer Battalion building.

The drones were originally stolen in November of last year, but Fort Campbell released information and surveillance photos to the public on March 11.

Now, officials at Fort Campbell have announced that the suspects behind the drone theft have been identified, but have not released their names.

The officials at Fort Campbell added, “The individuals responsible had authorized access to the military installation and the building, and they defeated the locks on the storage cages to perpetrate this theft. This was a targeted act, not a random breach of security.”

An anchored tanker was struck off the coast of the United Arab Emirates just south of the Strait of Hormuz, according to The New York Times. The tanker sustained minor damage.

The port of Fujairah is strategically important because it is the terminus of a pipeline that can move oil to tankers from inland wells without passing through the strait, which Iran has closed to shipping.

At least 17 ships have been attacked in or near the strait since the U.S. and Israel began fighting Iran in late February.

The UAE was also attacked Tuesday by Iranian missiles and drones. The nation’s defense ministry said the attacks were being repelled.

Iran also launched drones at the UAE’s Shah gas field. Operations were later suspended, according to CNBC.

Paul Ehrlich died last week. I doubt he would have minded, considering he thought there should have been a lot fewer people on earth. Really, if he wanted to put his money where his rhetoric was, he should have checked out a bit earlier.

Ehrlich, who passed away at the age of 93 on Friday, was a Stanford University biologist best known for his 1968 book “The Population Bomb.” The thesis was effectively in the title — overpopulation would kill us all.

“The battle to feed all of humanity is over. In the 1970s and 1980s hundreds of millions of people will starve to death in spite of any crash programs embarked upon now,” he wrote in the book, predicting that four billion humans would die.

Well, this didn’t work out as planned. In his obituary, The New York Times did put an “austere religious scholar” twist on his legacy, noting in the subtitle that “he faced criticism when his predictions proved premature.”

I guess they figured that was defensible because there are over eight billion people on the planet now and they’ll all die eventually, if not writhing from hunger due to that pesky population bomb that never happened.

“American-made cells will power Tesla’s Megapack 3 energy storage systems produced in Houston, creating a robust domestic battery supply chain.”

The announcement was included in the results from the Indo-Pacific Energy Security Ministerial and Business Forum held in Tokyo over the weekend.

She repeatedly asks the police officer to show her what threats she made, and despite the police having the quotes on his phone, he does not show her and says if she continues to make threats she can be arrested and charged. Keeping the focus on the word threat. So he thinks he has a legal leg to stand on. Saying someone threatened in a comment is not the same as someone making a threatening comment.

She correctly points out the Police are threatening her with arrest if she continues to make comments about the prime minister, for her non threatening comments.

Bullying people, without proof of a specific threat is going against the oath of the police to uphold the Canadian Charter Of Rights And Freedoms.

The federal government is seeking to have the Supreme Court of Canada review its use of the Emergencies Act during the 2022 convoy protests, following a series of court rulings that found the decision unjustified.

The Federal Court of Appeal recently dismissed Ottawa’s attempt to overturn a lower court ruling that determined former prime minister Justin Trudeau’s invocation of the act was unlawful and violated Charter rights.

In a statement, a spokesperson for Justice Minister Sean Fraser said the government remains committed to ensuring it has the necessary tools to respond to threats to public order and national security.

The legal challenge was brought forward by several groups, including the Canadian Civil Liberties Association and the Canadian Constitution Foundation. They argued the government did not meet the legal threshold required to declare a public order emergency. Continue…
