I don’t know if Trump is right or wrong, I remember the Iranian hostages back in the day. I also remember it came out that Bush made a behind the scenes deal for Iran to hold the hostages until after the 1980 elections. Carter needed to go but it’s this type of shit that makes me distrust most wars.
