A few nits to pick….. I simultaneously think the the timeline and The Plan got disrupted by the 2020 (s)election and the 2020 (s)election was part of the
plan. Part 3, item number 3….why 'quietly disrupt' the cia cargo planes

and publicize it same as the narco boats currently. Finally, much was left out
of this 2018 article but for the time it was as good a guess as any.
