Was Fusion GPS, Steele, and FBI originally targeting Jeb?

Paul Singer was a supporter of Marco Rubio

Rubio and Jeb were both from Florida

We have evidence of Steele being used by the FBI in early February 2016

Jeb dropped out of the race late February, right before the Florida primary

Why?

Then Rubio loses BIG to Trump in mid March

Rubio drops out

Brennan goes to Russia in mid March

All of a sudden, Fusion GPS, Steele, and FBI turn their attention to Trump

Theory - Rubio's initial focus was to dig up dirt on Jeb to eliminate him from the race prior to the Florida primary.

When he still lost, Fusion and Steele (and FBI) were refocused to Trump, and Hillary picked up the check.

Technical note on PSTs

When you 'delete' mail they don't get removed from the PST.

You have to do another step of 'Compacting' the PST to remove deleted item space.

And even then, remnants stay on the physical hard disk as unallocated deleted space.

You have to BleachBit or other to destroy that.
