9, wow that's a lot. You definitely could swat a lot of drones if they were retrofitted to act like a big shotgun. Skeet on steriods.
They have armor piercing and impact rounds, what they need is some type of air burst or just fire pellets, tons of them. Here is a video of them being fired.
