But while Sovereign Citizens are generally content with sticking special punctuation in their name to exempt themselves from legal responsibility, Russell has extended superfluous punctuation to the entire English language with Quantum Grammar. Like most sov-cits, he believes there is somehow a significant amount of money available in a government bank account for you if you only know the magic words.
