Won't matter. She hasn't been clean since trump took office so there are plenty of new crimes, if obama gave her one it probably won't pass a constitutional challenge even if she had one for previous crimes for multiple reasons. She might get arkancided anyways before it gets that far. Once her leverage is no good, the bad guys need her to disappear fast. Going to be harder to keep her alive more than Trump.
