Please completely shut down the CIA. They are the worlds largest terrorist org and it needs wiped out. They have cost the world probably millions of peoples lives over the span since their creation in 1947, a few months after Roswell. I can't even imagine how much money of ours they've blown being tyrants to the WORLD.
