Why do we even have a "qualifier" for foreign nationals like this? These are not "naturalized" US citizens.
How is that "America First"?
IMHO, if you move to the USA, become a citizen and open a business, you need to have the SAME rights as US citizens, not enhanced rights. How does a foreign national get to be in the US long enough to open a business?
