God loves you. He loves who you are, and He loves to see you happy. But He does not love how you have loved Him. Too selfish, asking everything, and giving and doing what you choose.
You love God. You love that He is, and you love to see Him move. But you do not love how He has loved you. Too hard, being everything, and giving and doing what He chooses.
It is a matter of communication, of mediation, of reconciliation.
It requires some compromise.
And He has given His.
Until now, you have rejected it.
Will you receive Him as He is?
Will you ask for more?
Do so in the fullness of truth.
Do so in the wholeness of faith.
Eternity is ready for your arrival.
