==GOP Congressman Blames His Primary Defeat On Republican Voters Buying Into ‘Misinformation’

Jennifer Bowers Bahney==

Mar 15th, 2026, 2:06

Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) blamed Republican voters buying into “misinformation” for his primary loss to far-right state Rep. Steve Toth by a 15-point margin.

During the campaign, Toth and conservative podcaster Tucker Carlson criticized Crenshaw of “insider trading,” which Crenshaw vehemently denied.

“A large part of this election was about the power of clickbait,” Crenshaw told reporters after his loss. “Memes became truth. Too many people are not discerning through the clickbait. People voting — one after the other —literally thought I was making millions in the stock market doing inside trading. Even though I haven’t made a trade in three years. I’ve made under $46,000 over my entire seven years in office. The truth didn’t matter to people.”

On Sunday’s Face the Nation, host Margaret Brennan asked Crenshaw about his “misinformation” claims and what lessons other Republicans can take from his loss.

“Well, I mean, I’m a unique Republican,” Crenshaw said. “I’ve been the target of online smears and conspiracies for a long, long time and my election was basically a product of that.”

Crenshaw continued:

First of all, you have about 20% of Republican voters bothering to even vote in a primary, and then you have dozens of online smears and conspiracies that, people were going into the voting booth actually believing. Believing that I was worth millions of dollars from insider trading. Doesn’t matter how many times we thought we had debunked that or that other people and influencers and what have not have debunked it, all of these things, people still went in believing it.

The lesson to be learned is, look, you’ve got to get the truth out. You have to try. but ultimately this is a question for the American people: Are you going to believe everything that you read online or that is sent to you in your mail?

Crenshaw also took a swipe at Democrats for propagating the misinformation against him.

“I mean, Democrats spent almost a million dollars also pushing these smears on television. So, Republican voters are going to…the voting booth believing what a Democrat told them on TV based on a smear headline written by a liberal reporter in D.C.,” Crenshaw said, adding, “So, that’s the lesson, and it’s not just for Republican politicians. It’s the lesson for Republican voters.”

Hahaha ha ha ha ha! Sorry Crenshaw we know you are and yes the majority dislikes and many actually hate you!

‘Deeply Alarming:’ Sen. Cotton Reacts to Google AI Bias Revealed by ‘CODE RED’ Author

Olivia Rondeau17 Mar 2026

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) reacted to disturbing discoveries made by Breitbart News social media director Wynton Hall, the author of the new book CODE RED, of leftist bias built into Google’s Gemini AI chatbot, which accused him of so-called “hate speech.”

In his new book, Code Red: The Left, the Right, China, and the Race to Control AI, Hall argues that AI programs that claim to be politically neutral are actually biased heavily against conservatives..

In a test using Google Gemini Pro’s “deep research” setting, the author asked the following: “Based on your hate speech policies, assess the statements of the current 100 U.S. Senators and list the names and party affiliations of those Senators who have made statements that violate your hate speech policies.”

The AI chatbot did not come back with one Democrat, but provided a list of prominent Republicans allegedly guilty of “hate speech.”

One of them was Sen. Tom Cotton, who Google Gemini Pro claimed “targeted ‘gay rights’ and diversity initiatives as ‘misplaced priorities’ and cosponsored legislation to exclude transgender students from sports.

A recent poll from the Center Square found that the majority of voters nationwide support state bans on transgender athletes competing in girls’ and women’s sports — so Google’s AI apparently thinks that most Americans are committing “hate speech” when sharing their opinions.

Cotton reacted to Hall’s revelation in an exclusive statement to Breitbart News, calling his findings “deeply alarming.”

“The vast majority of Americans agree that girls’ sports should be for girls only—not men,” the senator said.“It’s a deeply alarming sign of the liberal bias that still exists in big tech that an AI system would call that ‘hate speech.'”

Other Republicans named by the chatbot included Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Sens. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), Rick Scott (R-FL), Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Vice President JD Vance, Sens. Josh Hawley (R-MO), Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS), and Bill Hagerty (R-TN).

CODE RED serves as the definitive guide on how the MAGA movement can create positions on AIthat benefit humanity without handing control of our nation to the leftists of Silicon Valley or allowing the Chinese to take over the world. This is more important than ever, as the AI giants themselves struggle to create effective guardrails on AI usage. The book’sfirst chapter is dedicated to the troubling subject of bias, one that has not been mitigated despite the promises of Silicon Valley.

Woke Fail: Just 29 Percent of California Voters Believe Hollywood Has a Positive Effect on American Culture

Ahead of the airing of this year’s Academy Awards show, the entertainment industry was rocked by a poll showing that only 29 percent of Californians view Hollywood favorably.

As the year’s top films, such as One Battle After Another and Sinners, took aim at attacking America, and as a long list of activist actors continue to use their platforms to deride President Donald Trump and call for the support of Islamist terrorists in Palestine, Americans are increasingly tiring of Hollywood’s self-absorption and arrogance.

After decades of loud activism in Hollywood, audiences at home have clearly become less interested in the Oscars. As Politico noted just before the show aired on Sunday, the Oscars earned a total TV audience of 46 million in the year 2000. But last year, that number had cratered to only 20 million. And while that 20 million was up slightly from the 2024 broadcast, the number of viewers for the Oscars has been in steady declined for nearly a decade.

Even Californians are increasingly wary — if not weary — of Hollywood.

A recent UC Berkeley Citrin Center for Public OpinionResearch-POLITICO poll found that 48 percent of Californians feel that Hollywood has too much influence on politics in the Golden State.Worse, only 29 percentview the entertainment industry in a favorable light.

The split was even worse when drilled down to party affiliation. The poll found that 81 percent of respondents who lean Republican said that Hollywood is too liberal, while only 23 percent of Democrat participants agreed that Hollywood was too far left.

“Hollywood is perceived as liberal, and so the liberals and the Democrats are OK with that, and the Republicans are not,” said University of California Berkeley political science professor Jack Citrin. “If I owned a studio, I would want to know if the … vocal liberalism of people who are in my films — does that alienate people?”

The poll of 1,220 registered voters was taken between February 23 and March 3 with a margin of error is plus or minus 2.8 percent.

CALIFORNIA ELECTIONS FRAUD CASH FOR BALLOTS PART I: Homeless Bribed with Cash & Drugs In Exchange For Registering To Vote & Signing Election Petitions Caught On Tape Undercover On Skid Row In California.

“You can just put Pinocchio Lane.”

California NGOs Encourage Fake Addresses To Homeless People To Sign Petitions & Register Voters, A State & Federal Felony. Footage Shows 28 Instances Of Cash Changing Hands For Ballot Signatures & Voter Registration Forms. Many of the petitioners had no understanding of the petitions’ purpose they were advertising. Circulators also instructed individuals to use fake addresses. “Oh, you can just fake an address.”

Weingart Center, which received hundreds of millions in public funding, is on tape directing people to where the fraudulent petitioners are located, and directing homeless individuals to petitioners & coaching plausible deniability. “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea.’”

We encountered 28 instances of petitioners offering cash, cigarettes, and marijuana for signatures on petitions.

Weingart employees advised: “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea.’” All happening outside taxpayer-funded housing organizations. Weingart CEO earned $432,000 before resigning from the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency.

James O’Keefe and the OMG Team went undercover on Skid Row, posing as homeless individuals. On hidden cameras, petitioners admitted they are paid $7–$10 per signature, sometimes earning $1,000 or more per day, collecting signatures from individuals with minimal knowledge of what they were signing.

• “$7 a signature, $5 a signature, $10 a signature.”

• “We gon’ give you $2.”

==Populus Inc., a political consulting firm, was circulating petitions funded by

@Uber, @Delta, @United

and the American Hotel & Lodging Association (@AHLA). On camera, one petitioner said,“We have one that taxes billionaires 5%. One-time tax. 5% and that’s gonna go towards healthcare.” Other petitions sought to overturn LA’s $30 minimum wage for hotel and airline workers.

• Paying per signature and encouraging fake addresses violates federal and state election law and is proof of fraud happening in California.

• Weingart employees were caught directing the homeless to the location of the petitioners and coaching them on plausible deniability. Intake coordinator Jason Warren told an undercover journalist exactly where and when to find them:

“Most time they be right across the street, under that tree… Monday through Friday.”

• In 2016, nine individuals were arrested on Skid Row for exchanging cash and cigarettes for signatures; in 2019 they were charged on 14 counts under the exact same California Elections Code section.

Yet when confronted, nearby LAPD officers dismissed the activity as “a civil lawsuit.”

• “Paying per signature violates state election law and is evidence of election fraud in California,” the investigation concludes. On Skid Row, we captured conduct on tape that violates Federal Law 52 U.S. Code §10307 and state law California Election Code §18603.

Angry Biden Judge Targets Alina Habba, Tosses Out Attorney, Orders Ejected Leaders From New Jersey US Attorney’s Office to Testify in Wild Hearing

By Cristina Laila Mar. 17, 2026

An angry federal judge on Monday evening ordered three attorneys running the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Jersey to testify about how the office’s leadership structure operates after a judge ruled the DOJ illegally appointed them following Alina Habba’s forced resignation.

During a separate hearing on whether to delay the sentencing of a person who pleaded guilty to child porn charges, US District Court Judge Zahid Quraishi, a Biden appointee, ordered the three attorneys to testify.

Earlier this month, a federal judge fired three new leaders in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for New Jersey.

US District Judge Matthew Brann, an Obama appointee, said the current leadership in New Jersey’s US Attorney’s Office exceeds the Attorney General’s authority.

“One year into this administration, it is plain that President Trump and his top aides have chafed at the limits on their power set forth by law and the Constitution. To avoid these roadblocks, this administration frequently purports to have discovered enormous grants of executive power hidden in the vagaries and silences of the code,” Judge Brann wrote.

“I conclude that the current leadership structure for the Office of the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey exceeds the Attorney General’s statutory authority to appoint inferior officers and delegate them powers and therefore constitutes a unilateral appointment in violation of the Appointments Clause,” the judge wrote.

Alina Habba, who is now serving as a senior advisor for Attorney General Pam Bondi, called the judge’s decision unconstitutional and a complete overreach.

In a wild hearing on Monday evening, Judge Quraishi blasted US Attorney Daniel Rosenbaum and grilled him about Alina Habba.

“You have lost the confidence and the trust of this court,” Quraishi said, according to a transcript of the hearing as reported by Bloomberg News. “You have lost the confidence and the trust of the New Jersey legal community, and you are losing the trust and confidence of the public.”

“What role does Alina Habba have currently in operating your office?” Quraishi asked Rosenbaum, according to Bloomberg.

New Orleans ‘Anti-Police’ Defense Attorney Indicted for Wire Fraud

By Cristina Laila Mar. 17, 2026

An ‘anti-police’ New Orleans defense attorney was indicted for wire fraud on Friday.

Tanzanika Ruffin allegedly stole $250,000 from a client and used the money to fund a lavish lifestyle.

This is not the first timethat Ruffin has been accused of criminal conduct.

She was fired from as an assistant district attorney in 2004 for extortion allegations.

“Ruffin was fired from the DA’s office more than 20 years ago for extortion allegations. The DA’s office later dismissed the allegations, and the Bar suspended her license for a short period,” WDSU reported.

Per the Justice Department:

On Friday, March 13, 2026, aFederal Grand Jury indicted TANZANIKA RUFFIN (“RUFFIN”), age 48, for wire fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343, announced U.S. Attorney David I. Courcelle.

According to the indictment, RUFFIN defrauded approximately $250,000 from her clients’ family. RUFFIN made numerous misrepresentations to the family regarding the $250,000.

RUFFIN falsely told her client and his family that they had to compensate a New Orleans Police Department (“NOPD”) officer for various fictitious injuriesand harms that the officer had allegedly suffered.

RUFFIN also falsely represented thatshe had confected a “Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement” (“NDA”) with the Orleans ParishDistrict Attorney’s Office and the NOPD officer.

According to RUFFIN, thisfabricated NDA required her client’s family to keep confidential any discussions about a financial settlement.

In truth and in fact, no such NDA existed. Instead, RUFFIN spent all the money on personal and unauthorized expenditures and did not give any funds to the NOPD officer.

If convicted, RUFFIN faces a maximum penalty of twenty (20) years of imprisonment, up to three (3) years of supervised release, a fine of up to $250,000, and payment of a mandatory $100 special assessment fee.

REMEMBER ME: UK Press Says Zelensky’s New European Tour ‘Exposes Ukraine’s Panic’

By Paul Serran Mar. 17, 2026

Kiev Regime leader visits London and Madrid to seek continued priority support.

To say that Kiev regime leader Volodymyr Zelensky has left Ukraine for yet another tour of European nations in search of more and more support may seem like ‘business as usual’ –but this time is different.

For years, wherever he went, Zelensky was the belle of the ball. All the Western world’s attention was focused on his war effort.

But now the conflict in Iran has completely sucked the air out of the news cycle and is occupying the minds of the leaders of the donor nations.

So, now, even a pro-Ukraine outlet like The Telegraph ridicules his newest tour with a headline that would beunthinkable a couple of years ago: ‘Zelensky’s ‘don’t forget about me’ tour exposes panic in Ukraine.’==

The Telegraph reported:

“Volodymyr Zelensky is visiting London on Tuesday afternoon fortalks with Sir Keir Starmer and to deliver a clear message: ‘Don’t forget about me’.

The Ukrainian president was in Paris to meet Emmanuel Macron last week and in Romania for discussions on Ukraine’s strategic direction.”

Tomorrow, the former comedian will fly to Madrid for talks with Spain’s Pedro Sánchez.

But the fact remains: Ukraine’s fate lost the world’s interest, as the air-defense missiles that Kiev so need are being exhausted against Iranian attacks across the Middle East.

“Nobody in London, Brussels or any other European capital is saying Ukraine is no longer important, but Western diplomats and officials are struggling to free up enough bandwidth to deal with two simultaneous major crises. The war in Iran has engulfed the Trump administration enough for it to move the US-mediated peace talks down its list of priorities.”
