So here’s the deal, Bledsoe says an exact rare alignment will happen on April 5, 2026, on Easter, and Regulus will align with the gaze of the Sphinx on the horizon.
I checked the date, and there is no alignment, and Regulus does not align with the gaze of the Sphinx on Easter in 2026. So I decided to search for the rare alignment, and it happens to be one day after Rosh Hashanah, the start of the new year in the Jewish calendar. On that date, or the first day of the Jewish new year, a very rare alignment involving multiple planets inside the constellation of Virgo will occur.
There will be an occultation of Venus (Hathor) by the Moon. Venus is also the ruler of the constellation of Taurus, the Bull (in Egypt, the bull Apis). The lady Virgo will be clothed with the Sun at her head, and the Moon and Venus will be at her feet. Regulus will rise first on the horizon and align with the gaze of the Sphinx, and to make it more interesting, the planet that rules Virgo, Mercury, will also be in the same constellation. Mercury is connected to Thoth/Hermes.
