Think about it. The enemy has the coordinates of targets that even if their radars are jammed or the computer systems go down, they have a record of the coordinates of US assets, and only have to launch a drone, a missile, or artillery to those past coordinates, and it wouldn't matter because we are stationary. Moving radars and mobile trailer based command centers just a half block, would make those threats ineffective and our personnel and equipment would be intact to counter. This is why attention matters.
