If you're working a job and not getting a raise of at lease 6.7%/year (on average), then you're getting paid less every year for doing the same B.S. If you get a promotion but still aren't offered 6.7%+, then it's not really a promotion. You'd be better off keeping the less demanding position while trying the figure out how the F to get out of there, learn another skill, or start yeeting every last spare dollar into Bitcoin, MSTR, or (if you're a pussy) STRC.
