They want you to think that they won't pass the SAVE Act. Now they're trying to sell you the idea that they're going to tie it to the FISA renewal to make sure SAVE gets passed. Don't be naive. They want FISA to get passed, so they're feigning disinterest in SAVE just to tie it to FISA.
