If you go back and look at timelines where either Lithium Mining Operations or Data Centers were proposed, and subsequently blocked due to activists fighting to protect the land/animals/plants that live there, you can almost inevitably expect that there was some sort of spontaneous wildfire or massive flood that came through and destroys it eventually.

I posted about a few back when the LA fires were happening. I ended up finding out State Farm and Karen Bass were more intimately connected to that (as was Coulson Aviation) but there's a clear pattern, and I refuse to believe that these are happening naturally in this pattern.
