PCR tests were actually designed for SANGER SEQUENCING, a necessary priming process done on a DNA/RNA segment of interest, just prior to genome sequencing, manipulation and… gene editing… as is found in JENNIFER DOUDNA’S CRISPR CAS-9 technique she pioneered while on Li Ka Shing’s payroll at UC-Berkeley.
