Why would trans-Atlantic data traffic between US and Europe be anywhere near Iran?
This claim in the story is BS.
The way the internet works is routing around outages (of nodes or lines).
Not saying it wouldn't cause problems for some people (anyone local for sure) just saying that this claim in nonsensical.
I would expect the paper price to continue lower to set the bar as cheap as possible for the paper settling of contracts following a force majeur declaration over the lowest price limits to be set April 5.
