No way god lived in a shack out in the middle of the desert. The creator of everything? Come on man, he can go anywhere he's not even a he for all we know it could be a she or a nothing like imagination. Not real makes more sense.
That is what god really is after all this time, a genie in a temple or of the bank.
God made to be a prisoner on a leash to serve the captors. No way. It was a lie. The temple was like a bank and the lie of the god living in the bank that would kill intruders in the most awful way imaginable was a trick to scare the shit out of people to stay away and not try to steal from the templebankstorage.
Once there were patron gods and the tradition is kept alive in patron saints. They are supposed to do the samething. To protect those that invoke. They used to kill to invoke the blessing of a god or the god and expected payment like in a trade. That is what a covenant is. A pact with the devil or god that will give you special magical powers and blood is the currency.
The phylacteries are obviously magic wizard sorcerer shit right out of an rpg. Enchantment scrolls. This is where the insane sane people get it from and they know it's crazy. Jesus spoke against them in the story in the gospels written by apostolic pissed off jews that were living under a corrupt government much like our own. You know the repetition is clear. The cycles are there. Those that learn from this book will meet the same ends.
They say evocatio deorum was done at the siege of Jerusalem by Titus against the one god of the jews that lived in the one temple, the house of god.
Evocatio Deorum refers to a Roman ritual where the Romans would invite the tutelary deity of a besieged city to abandon its protection of that city and join the Romans instead. This practice was often performed before an attack to ensure divine favor in the conquest.
They say someone has to die in this ritual. They also say that it worked and the romans won and now had to include this one god into their pantheon and this one god doesn't like other gods. It took some time but eventually the romans had only one god. The god of the jews.
