Good morning from Camp Justice at Guantanamo Bay on Day 2 of pretrial hearings in the 9/11 case.

We are hearing from a retired FBI agent about his 2007-8 interviews with one of the defendants, and whether they can be used against him at his someday trial.

The Israeli Air Force is investigating why air defenses failed to intercept the Iranian ballistic missile that struck Tel Aviv this morning.

The missile carried a conventional warhead, lightly injuring four people and causing significant structural damage.

 

The IDF says multiple interception attempts were made and notes the missile type is familiar and has been successfully intercepted in past engagements.
