Good morning from Camp Justice at Guantanamo Bay on this, Day 3, of these pretrial hearings in the 9/11 case.
The thrust is whether the 2007-08 interrogations here of defendant Walid bin Attash were voluntary untainted by CIA torture and can be used against him.

(Yesterday's prison lawyer, an Air Force officer, testified as "Capt. Zero" about two detainees' absence.)
