President Trump: Tonight, we're closer than ever to the rise of the Middle East, that is finally free at last from Iranian terror, aggression, and nuclear blackmail. That's what happened. It was nuclear blackmail for years and years, and beyond that. It was blackmail, period. Under my leadership, America is ending the threat posed by this radical regime, decimating Iran's capabilities with Operation Epic Fury, something that nobody's ever seen anything quite like it.
President Trump: We have the best people. We have, by far, the best equipment. We have weapons that nobody's ever seen before. We have weapons that nobody even knows about, except for a few of us.
President Trump: For forty-seven years, Iran has been known as the bully of the Middle East, but they are not the bully any longer. They are on the run.
President Trump: We're negotiating now. It would be great if we could do something. They have to open it up. They have to open up the Strait of Trump. I mean, Hormuz. Excuse me. I'm so sorry. Such a terrible mistake. The fake news will say, 'He accidentally said'. No. There's no accidents with me. Not too many.
President Trump: We're very disappointed, by the way, with NATO. They didn't come to our aid. I didn't try too hard, actually, because I wanted to prove a point.
President Trump: The Middle East will be transformed, and the future of that region is never; I don't think it's ever looked brighter.
President Trump: The conflict in Iran also makes it absolutely vital for the radical-left democrats in congress to immediately end their dangerous shutdown of our Department of Homeland Security. You know, they want to play games. That's all they are. These people are lunatics. They sort of remind me of; they remind me, actually, a little bit of Iran. They're deranged. The deranged democrats.
President Trump: When we decide to leave [Iran]; you know, regime change; I guess we changed the regime. The regime gets blown up every two days, everybody's afraid to announce who's the head. We don't even know who the hell the leader is. So I think we have regime change already, but we're going to be, at some point, we'll be leaving, and I think you're going to see a rocketship, because we won't have that dark cloud hanging over our heads that we did before, which was a nuclear-armed, sick country of Iran.
President Trump: For four long years, our country was pushed to the brink of destruction by radicals, and thugs, and stupid people, who punished success, pillaged our economy, dismantled our borders, and surrendered our strength. But today, all of that is behind us. Our country is prospering again, I think like never before.
