Why is everyone coddling those who Drink and Drive and are charged with a DUI? It's not like the alcohol accidently got into their system, and oops, they found themselves behind the wheel.
This was a conscious decision on their part.
"Celebrity" status should not come into play at all. Regular Joes don't get the breaks celebrities get. (No, not speaking from experience.)
