Portland Police in riot gear are clearing street in front of ICE building.
No Marines have been captured.
Terrorist just climbed up on the ICE building in Portland and looked like he destroyed a surveillance camera as well as pulled down wiring. Appeared to get away despite being up there for at least five minutes.
Someone was just pelted over and over with what looked like paint or terrorist 'milkshakes' across the street from the ICE building. Became totally covered in some kind of substance.
Terrorists at the Portland ICE building just used a crowbar to pry open a side door; agents responded with pepper balls, but they refused to disperse, and are still trying to break into the facility.
