I think it would be best to assume everyone there is in on it, and try to find someone innocent. Hard to separate because of all the PHDs with confirmation bias.
I kind of pity the sov cit types. I mean, there's some merit to the concept, but in order to use it effectively, you have to be absolutely perfect not to get tripped up by the system. You also need a judge who knows what youre saying, and is willing to entertain it. Law schools almost never teach it. That combination is almost impossible to do in the actual world. In theory, sure, maybe, but in the real world youre just going to get thrown in the klink 9 out of 10 times.
