(It seems the only thing Iran leaders excel at is,dramatic histrionic threats and fanatical beliefs, and destroying people and things!

ie. “they believe they are only the country that has suffered”. If they understood all WW leaders, find them tiring with all their useless words, they would change their tactics. And If they knew how to truthfully negotiate, the country could do much better. The old saying is true: You catch more flies with honey, than with vinegar. When your Muslim brother country, want your military and country destroyed etc., Iran Leaders should realize how bad that is.)

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

The United States of America is in serious discussions with A NEW, AND MORE REASONABLE, REGIME to end our Military Operations in Iran. Great progress has been made but, if for any reason a deal is not shortly reached, which it probably will be, and if the Hormuz Strait is not immediately “Open for Business,”we will conclude our lovely “stay” in Iranby blowing up and completely obliterating all of their Electric Generating Plants, Oil Wells and Kharg Island (and possibly all desalinization plants!), which we have purposefully not yet “touched.” This will be in retribution for our many soldiers, and others, that Iran has butchered and killed over the old Regime’s 47 year “Reign of Terror.” Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP

🚨 BREAKING: President Trump's FDA is ABOLISHING inhumane treatment and testing of beagles, chimpanzees and other animals

Good! This is common sense! STOP abusing dogs.

Commissioner Makary says ALL beagles that the FDA housed were removed from custody

"Scientists have really preyed on beagles because beagles are docile animals…Those kennels are EMPTY, and so we are making massive strides to reducing animal testing in different classes of medications on a roadmap that we have."

"I'm also proud to report that you no longer need to submit data using 144 chimpanzees for a class of drugs called monoclonal antibodies. That was things like Regeneron during the pandemic."

"So we're making massive strides. We believe in this. This is part of our MAHA agenda, and I also think it's just common sense and humane!" 💯

Democrats Have a Rahm Emanuel Problem

Touring diners and factory floors with the man taking aim at his own

By ADAM WREN03/29/2026 10:00 AM EDT

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — This is how Rahm Emanuel eats a salad: He rips open its clear, clamshell container with two hands. He grabs the ramekin of the dressing. He pours it across the salad. Then he picks up the salad container, shaking it with an intensity and ferocity that forces the balsamic throughout, giving no quarter to the greens and the grilled chicken.

This is material information, mind you, forhis would-be 2028 Democratic presidential primary rivals. Because how Rahm eats a salad is how he does anything and everything: with intent and with verve and without mercy.==

The next presidential election is more than two years away. But Rahm, 66, is already saturating old — and new — media with his small-bore policy rollouts and white papers, spending hours cultivating Beltway and battleground state reporters with on and off-the-record bull sessions, like this one at a deli amid a three day swing through Michigan in February.

“My view is you got to be able to be comfortable in the classroom and the Situation Room and everything in between,” Emanuel told me a few weeks after the Michigan swing, before he headed to Wisconsin to hold a town hall and stump in the state’s upcoming supreme court race.

“This job? You got to know your way around, and it’s going to be demanding. I’m going to emphasize both what I think is important for the American people to hear and to know about, and thesecond kicker is: It reflects my experience, and others may not have that.”

The 2028 Democratic presidential field — whether they realize it or not — has a Rahm Emanuel problem. His campaign is likely to be a rolling Sister Souljah moment for the Democratic Party’s left-leaning orthodoxy, particularly on social issues. His pugilism and his critique of the party’s leftward lurchwill create a gauntlet his would-be rivals will have to navigate. And years in politics — plus countless hours on CNN — have helped him further hone his sharp-edged debate blade.==

“Electorally I don’t think he’ll be a threat, but he has an ability to shape the race in other ways,” says one Democratic adviser to another potential 2028 contender, granted anonymity to candidly assess an Emanuel candidacy.“He’s good at getting reporters to cover him and he is shameless in a good way: He’s not afraid of putting himself out there.” Or, as another Democratic strategist likely to be involved in advising a left-leaning candidate put it:“He’s both provocative, but trying to lay down a marker that he thinks is popular with a broader electorate.” This person, also granted anonymity to be frank without drawing Emanuel’s wrath, added, “He will spice up the race.”

Not all Democratic operatives hold an Emanuel candidacy in high esteem. Asked what she thinks of an Emanuel campaign, Rebecca Katz, the Democratic strategist who represented Zohran Mamdani’s mayoral campaign, simply said, “I don’t.”

But he’s good at making himself hard to ignore.

He has released no fewer than eight policy proposals, from asocial media ban for children under 16 to a predictive markets banfor federal employees and their family membersto age limits on politicians running for office. He has said he would campaign inforgotten parts of the country, and during his recent Michigan trip he demonstrated he’s in his “wearing safety glasses and touching heavy machinery alongside blue-collar workers in a battleground state” era. (Oh here we go he’s taking Trump’s black book exactly, the question is will he go back to Obama’s ideology if he wins. He’s smart to do mimicking Trump, none of republicans do it, and democrats would be horrified to do it.)

He also just hit up battleground Wisconsin, and on Monday will visit New Hampshire’s St. Anselm Institute of Politics for the storiedPolitics and Eggs event before heading to early-primary South Carolina — the surest sign yet he’s looking to be a 2028 contender.

Meanwhile, he hasestablished a weekly routine of jetting from a CNNappearance, where he is an on-air contributor, to back home in Chicago, where he cranks out columns for The Wall Street Journal and records a handful of podcasts a week, including one about fly-fishing, his favorite pastime.

Fed Governor Miran still backs cuts, says interest rates could be ‘about a point’ lower this year

MON, MAR 30 202610:29

KEY POINTS

• Federal Reserve Governor Stephen Miran continued his campaign for lower interest rates, telling CNBC that policymakers should disregard the current energy price spike.

• He told CNBC that he continues to think “we could be about a point easier, gradually done over the course of a year.”

Federal Reserve Governor Stephen Miran on Mondaycontinued his campaign for lower interest rates, telling CNBC that policymakers ==should disregard the current energy price spike unless there are signs it will have longer-lasting impacts.=

“If I saw a wage-price spiral, or I saw evidence that inflation expectations are starting to pick up, then I would get worried about it,” he said during a “Squawk on the Street” interview.“There’s no evidence of it thus far, and you can move the monetary policy rate all you want— today tomorrow — butit’s not going to affect inflation the next couple of months.”

Citing market-based indicators, Miran saidinflation expectations remain well anchored, despite the jump in oil to more than $100 a barrel and a price shock at the pump that has pushed gasoline higher by more than $1 a gallon.

Monetary policy works with a lagand isn’t geared toward short-term market gyrations, he added.

Miran has dissentedat each of the meetings he has attended since September 2025. He told CNBC that he continues tothink “we could be about a point easier, gradually done over the course of a year.”

The fed funds rate is currently targeted in a range between 3.5%-3.75%. Market pricing is implying no moves in either direction before the end of the year.

Miran’s term has expired, but he continues toserve as the nomination of former Federal Reserve Governor Kevin Warsh is held up in the Senate Banking Committee. If confirmed, Warsh will take over as chair for Jerome Powell when the latter’s term expires in May.

Rubio says Trump ‘prefers diplomacy’ with Iran

Top US diplomat ==says ‘there are direct messages and talks’ between the two sides••

By Rabia Iclal Turan

WASHINGTON (AA) - US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated on Monday that President Donald Trump “always prefers diplomacy and always prefers to reach a result” regarding the war against Iran.

“There are direct messages andtalks taking place between parties inside Iran and the United States, primarilythroughintermediaries,” Rubio said, according to a preview of an exclusive interview published on Al Jazeera's website.

“The Iranian regime has chosen to spend its country’s wealth to support Hezbollah, Hamas and Shia militias inside Iraq and to needlessly threaten its neighbors,” he said.

“We would always welcome a scenario in which Iran is led by people with a different vision for the future, and if such an opportunity arises we will seize it,”Rubio added.

The US and Israel have been carrying out airstrikes on Iran since Feb. 28, killing more than 1,340 people, according to Iranian authorities.

Iran has retaliated with drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, along with Jordan, Iraq and Gulf countries hosting US military assets, causing casualties and infrastructure damage while disrupting global markets and aviation.

At least 13 US service members have been killed since the war began, according to official US figures, and the conflict has driven up energy prices and affected shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, a critical global oil chokepoint with a significant portion of global oil shipments passing through it.

A US proposal delivered via Pakistan calls for Iran to curb its nuclear and missile programsand limit control over key energy routes, including the Strait of Hormuz, butTehran has rejectedit as serving US and Israeli interests while keeping indirect channels open.

NATALIE WINTERS MAR 30,

EXC: WHO Turns COVID Digital ID System Toward Global Mass Migration

Pandemic-era tech is being adapted for a new global use

The World Health Organization is expanding a digital certification system first deployed during COVID into a new phase focused on migrants and displacement.

In a March 26 announcement, WHO confirmed that the International Organization for Migration is joining its Global Digital Health Certification Network — a platform originally designed to verify health credentials for international travel.

The shift in scope is explicit.

“With IOM onboard, the GDHCN expands beyond its initial use in travel-related health certification during the COVID-19 pandemic toward broader humanitarian applications,” the agency said. It added that the system will now support “health continuity in displacement settings and frontline environments,” while strengthening “preparedness and coordination across countries and sectors.”

That language marks a clear pivot: from temporary travel verification to infrastructure built for cross-border populations.

IOM officials confirmed the target user base.

“Joining the Global Digital Health Certification Network will improve our ability to support migrants. by providing them with more reliable and secure access to their health information across borders,” said Dr. Poonam Dhavan, __Director of IOM’s Migration Health Division_. The effort, she said, is backed by “the generous support of our donors” and cooperation between governments and international partners.

The system is designed to function across jurisdictions — allowing migrant health records to be accessed and recognized in multiple countries. WHO frames this as continuity of care. But operationally, it creates a shared digital layer tied to individuals moving through migration pathways.

The expansion also comes as international agencies increasingly emphasize “coordination” in managing large-scale displacement. WHO’s statement underscores that point, highlighting interoperability and cross-sector integration as core features of the network.

What began as a tool for verifying vaccination status at borders. isnow being adapted for use in refugee flows, migration corridors, and humanitarian response environments.

And unlike COVID-era measures, this iteration is not being framed as temporary.

It is being built into the system.

I guess all of us, a small amount of US population, that didn’t take the COVID death shot, will not be traveling around the world, easier in the future. We’ll be marked on our travels are terrorists, rebellious radicals, or theonly ones didn’t want to die because the lie of Covid!I’m sure these orgs are developing more designs of 1984 and Animal Farm. Rest assured they’ll figure out a way to drag us into the Matrix. The Sci Fi movies almost always point to the future, and hardly any remembers we were warned!

20 Sci-Fi Movies That Predicted the Future Too Accurately

ByEng Published onNovember 25,

The world of science fiction has always served as a mirror reflecting humanity’s hopes and fears about tomorrow.

From dystopian societal shifts to revolutionary technological gadgets, many cinematic visions once considered fantasy have since become daily reality. These films did more than just tell a story, they acted as accidental blueprints for everything from your smartphoneto targeted online advertisements. The following films stand out as eerily precise prophecies of the 21st century and beyond.==

‘2001: A Space Odyssey’ (1968)

Stanley Kubrick Productions

This epic of human and artificial evolution correctly envisioned the personal, flat-screen tablet computer decades before its invention. Astronauts in the film are seen using their “Newspad” devices for entertainment and reading while orbiting Earth. The movie also featured routine commercial space travel, with Dr Heywood Floyd conducting a video call with his daughter from a space station on a picturephone. Stanley Kubrick’s masterwork also predicted the establishment of a permanent international space station acting as a gateway to the solar system.

‘Metropolis’ (1927)

Kash Patel found this out the other day, KEK

‘The Net’ (1995)

Columbia Pictures

Sandra Bullock plays a systems analyst whose identity is erased andreplaced in a future where almost everything is connected via the internet.

The entire premise hinges on the vulnerability of a fully digitized society to hacking and sophisticated online identity theft.

The film demonstrated how centralized, digitally stored personal records could be exploited to completely destroy a person’s life and professional standing.

‘The Net’ served as an early warningabout the critical dangers of a world completely reliant on networked computer systems and remote data.

No one listened to the warning, and the genius, autistic and feeling lesscreators charged ahead to create the dark future.

It’s accelerating to max peak of destruction of humans, unless they are needed by the machines. Many brilliant scientists and programmers warned the world and governments about AI, 6-8 years ago.

They/We also didn’t listen!

This better be my last life, this world is tiresome.
