A new court filing reveals that the bullet which killed conservative commentator Charlie Kirk DOES NOT match the rifle linked to suspected killer Tyler Robinson.
Robinson’s defense attorneys argue that the ATF could not identify the bullet recovered at autopsy as coming from the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson.
The filing also notes that DNA reports from the FBI and ATF will take time for the defense to review, as they show multiple different DNA profiles on some evidence items.
