>vitamins "don't really do anything"
Not only that, the FDA, which is chaired by mostly big pharma board members, recommends low numbers of needed nutritional values. Vitamin D is a prime example. The FDA's daily recommended amount is far lower than what it should be. Vitamin D deficiency causes a lot of conditions, that pharma can treat with their meds (making them rich), when all that was really needed was more time out in the sun, or more iu's of a good D suppliment.
They need to be hanged.
