you can do this with any fruit, I add just a pinch of yeast, because the fruit has pollen/yeast, and i add some raisins, which has the same. The better the ingredients, like raw sugar/honey raw/ as opposed to white bleached sugar the better, but what ever have is good enough. If you can't understand him, just follow visually, he has great recipes.
