its not really inserting its carving it up more based upon what happened historically within that generation. I had to look up the 1960 thing but yup at one time that was the case. But it also depends where you were born as much as when you were born some more rural places might hold on to older ideas longer. The culture might not spread as much but Xenials are a thing now.
