I found this while working on another dig. What is interesting here is there is no mention of a Board of Directors or how this thing is funded. Yet it is supposed to be a study, of diversity among many other things. It is based in Chicago, but I have found branches in many other states. Has anyone bumped into this yet?
Seeing statements like under served communities, which raises my brow extensively.
