This 33 min video (posted today) explains how a structural issue was found atCITIGROUP CENTER, NYC, almost hidden from the public, and eventually fixed (Project Pandora/original repair name- later changed to SERENE). Some of the exact video timestamps suggest Q-foreknowledge,(Future proves past) along with quotes like “ 1/16th of a chance of collapse.” While this building did NOT fall on 9/11, three other buildings did. What followed was a quiet but urgent effort to prevent disaster in the heart of Manhattan. It remains one of the most unsettling near-misses in modern engineering.
WIKI- LeMessurier is perhaps best known for his role during the Citicorp Center engineering crisis, when he secretly reassessed his calculations on the Citicorp headquarters tower in New York City after the building had been finished in 1977. In June 1978, Princeton University engineering student Diane Hartley contacted LeMessurier's office after she identified that winds could topple the building under certain circumstances.[5] Later, another young student, Lee deCarolis, prompted LeMessurier to redo his analysis. He discovered that the contractor had replaced the required welded joints with lower-cost, and potentially weaker bolted joints. This weakness could contribute to the building collapsing in "… quartering" winds. This realization triggered a hurried, clandestine retrofit, which was described in a 1995 article in The New Yorker titled"The Fifty-Nine-Story Crisis".[6]The case is now an ethical case-study in architectural degree programs.[3]

Lastly, while the video is about the very construction of the building and overcoming tension/sway in heavy winds (how the corners were cut out (double meaning), sitting on stilts, and the 5th column in the center of the building holding up 50% of the weight, and the use of bolts vs welding of joints-), there's an underlying message of others being involved, secrecy, hierarchy, the church, failure to inform the public, money involved,etc. The usual villains.
