I have never in my life equated god and religion. I remember as a small child i didn’t believe in religion and all the stories. I think old my mother I didn’t believe. She was suddenly very upset. She asked me if I believed in God and I said yes. She told me to always believe in his and to always pray to god. I said I would, and I always did. Praying always gave me hope. I always prayed. Everyday. Several times a day. It’s always been a constant throughout my life. I have great belief in god and prayer.
