If any anons have suggestions to help hemorrhoids I'm listening. Already changed diet to have more fiber, drinking lots of water, sitting less (standing at my desk off and on). Going to very gradually lower my use of nicotine over the next couple weeks. Not having anymore blood, just sore and hurts going to the bathroom. Dr. appt in a few days. These are the kinds of problems that make me wish for the future to come sooner haha. Thanks anons.
Thanks for the info anon, I've been trying to learn as much as I can. I think my diet, combined with sitting way too long on bleachers, sitting and driving for long periods of time in my car, and weight lifting have been bad for me. I'm going to miss working out deeply. If I ever get back into it, it won't be heavy weights, just light ones I guess. Too far in the future to think about. Please pray for me anon. I'm kinda desperate.
I have epilepsy and when I do keto/carnivore my seizures get way worse. I know why too, its because the bacterial diversity goes down and then klebsiella p. spikes and causes seizures. If I could've gotten a gut bacteria transplant two years ago like I wanted, I wouldn't have any of these problems. Trust me, that was one of the first things I tried, I love steak haha. I wish the FDA would legalize these transplants already. I have a sneaking suspicion that these hemorrhoids are caused by bacterial irritation.
Haha yeah, I know it sounds terrible, but gut bacteria is what modulates our immune system and creates neurotransmitters. In China they cured a woman's epilepsy with it. It was legal here too until Biden's FDA banned it in October 2024. I hope one day RFK Jr. will quietly allow it to open back up.
Haha I've tried that. It does chill me out, but doesn't stop my seizures. Towards the end of smoking for two decades straight I actually felt like it was making me nauseous and more likely to have panic attacks and seizures. I think it should be legal and everything, it just isn't for me anymore. It was nice to fall asleep high though, it did always help with that.
