Not a lawfag but CM and HS were elevated to status of counsel (spring of 2016) before HRC's FBI interview, an obvious episode of supreme fuckery on the part of the FBI (and one some of the DOJ prosecutors objected to, if you read the IG report) Prior to that, they had been interviewed with respect to their connection to the servers. I would think they could still be questioned along those lines as a result, since the investigation can be reopened at any time. But, as I stated, I'm no lawfag.
