Man has, through it history, created things a man cannot lift. The Wright brothers created an airplane neither could lift alone, but was lifted on air. God created the universe. To where would you suggest he lift it? God created man. But according to His will, man chooses. Christ's own apostles chose. God creates, and let's his creation, immense and minute, grow, evolve, choose. To suggest God can't lift his creation is to deny His will for its majesty, growth, and will.
