Human trafficking's greatest strength is diversity.
I have visited Ontario airport area several times and stayed at hotels nearby. One hotel has chynese decorations all over including language welcoming the chynese, as if it was a hub.
I've also noticed earthquake swarms just east of Ontario Airport directly in line with the runway.
I highly suspect that area is involved in human trafficking and have for years.
