The war with Lebanon can potentially stop by Good Faith gestures also. We can negotiate with Hezbollah on a cease fire with Iranian backing by this proposal. Israel has invaded Lebanon due to Hezbollah launches into Israel in response for them killing the Ayatollah, so Israel made the first move, therefor, they would also have to make the first gesture. We wouldn't ask them to leave but a gesture of moving back 5 miles towards their border. If Hezbollah will accept this good faith gesture and cease fire, every 12 hours, Israel should push back another length double that amount at each interval until they are back on their borders as the cease fire holds. Something for something. Even in the first 12 hours, they will know if Hezbollah will be honorable and provide the same good faith gesture.
