Was watching a reporter in Ukraine going out with drone hunters in Kearsh or some place like that. They are using butterfly mines, shelling civilian buildings, shelling construction workers fixing previous damages, and attack civilian cars and even the elderly. I though Russia said they weren't doing that, that it was all precision strikes?
