Not an expert but will say this- I’d be leery about saying anything in response as they will record your voice. I don’t answer anything that I don’t have saved as a contact. Sometimes they leave a message, spam, which I delete & block.

Why is that? Sincerely curious. Do you know anyone who was born and raised in the NY/NJ area? His language and demeanor aren’t uncommon. It can be off putting for some but tbh who cares. He gets the job done. I’m not out to be friends with him.
