Space Force releases framework to forge future enlisted leaders

April 10, 2026

The Space Force has introduced its Core Enlisted Framework, a foundational document that codifies the service's commitment to the development of its enlisted members.

This new strategy outlines a deliberate career-long path to guide Guardians as they transition from tactical-level experts to operational leaders to strategic-level thinkers.

The framework allows every enlisted Guardian to chart the progression of their core focus, key responsibilities, and developmental goals throughout their careers.

It also identifies several key skills that are critical for all Guardians to master, regardless of their rank: Initiative, Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving, Outcome Focused, Team-Mindedness, and Leadership.

“The Core Enlisted Framework provides a foundation for how we will grow Guardians across their careers, from building tactical expertise early on to preparing enlisted leaders for broader operational responsibility,” said Katharine Kelley, Deputy Chief of Space Operations for Personnel.

“It is not a rigid checklist or a single roadmap, because each Guardian’s path will be shaped by mission needs, talent, and opportunity. By aligning training, education, and development, this framework helps ensure our enlisted force is ready to meet the demands of a contested space domain today and into the future.”

Each enlisted Guardians journey begins with a focus on foundational mastery in the specialist ranks (E-1 to E-4), advances to team leadership and mentorship as non-commissioned officers (E-5 to E-6) and culminates in operational leadership at the rank of master sergeant (E-7).

"This framework is intended to cultivate the skills we need in our World-Class Master Sergeants," said Chief Master Sgt. of the Space Force John Bentivegna. "The Space Force of the future will need Guardians who are subject matter experts, but also experienced at teaching, training, and mentorship.

If we get this development right, we will naturally have the talent to cultivate E-8 and E-9s. But it all starts with ensuring our force understands their role at every level.”

Upon promotion to senior master sergeant and chief master sergeant, Guardians become "Space Force Specialty Code agnostic," enabling them to take on a broad range of institutional leadership roles regardless of their original technical specialty.

Ultimately, the Core Enlisted Framework is the Space Force's blueprint for cultivating strategic advantages through its people. By intentionally managing the training, education, and development of its enlisted Guardians, the service builds leaders with the critical expertise needed to secure our nation’s interests in, from and to space.

Putin announces Easter ceasefire

Published 9 Apr, 2026 19:11 | Updated 9 Apr, 2026 20:15

Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the nation’s military to halt all operations against Ukrainian forces over Orthodox Easter weekend, the Kremlin has announced. The unilateral pause is scheduled to last from 16:00 (Moscow time) on Saturday until the end of Sunday.

According to the Kremlin, Russian troops should still be ready to respond to any Ukrainian offensive operations or provocations, with relevant orders given to Defense Minister Andrey Belousov and Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov.

“We expect the Ukrainian side to follow Russia’s lead,” the statement read.

Moscow has previously declared unilateral pauses during Orthodox religious holidays throughout the Ukraine conflict.

In 2023, Russia observed truces both during the Orthodox Christmas holiday in January and on Easter weekend in April at the initiative of the Russian Orthodox Church.

In 2024, a pause was not announced, with Putin arguing that Kiev could use it to rearm and regroup its forces. In 2025, an Easter truce was declared again, but was only partially successful.

Although a certain lull in the hostilities was observed, Kiev violated the truce more than 3,900 times, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky rejected Hungary’s calls for a Christmas truce last year.

Last year, Russia also suspended its offensive operations in early May to mark the 80th anniversary of Soviet victory over Nazi Germany.

Moscow expressed hope at the time that the move would contribute to the “start of direct negotiations with Kiev without preconditions.” Zelensky dismissed it as “manipulation.”

Moscow and Kiev held several rounds of direct talks in Istanbul last year, as well as trilateral talks that also involved the US.

The negotiations led to several major POW exchanges but ended without a decisive breakthrough. The trilateral discussions have been paused over the past months because of the US and Israeli war on Iran.

Russia has repeatedly stated that it is ready to resolve the Ukraine conflict through diplomatic means, as long as its root causes are addressed and the situation on the ground is taken into account.

Ukrainian Drone Strikes Kill 1 in Volgograd Region

April 10, 2026

A Ukrainian drone attack killed one person near the southern Russian city of Volgograd overnight, authorities said Friday.

“A resident has unfortunately died from shrapnel wounds in the ‘Michurinets’ garden association in the city of Volzhsky,” Volgograd region Governor Andrei Bocharov wrote on Telegram, referring to a location just north of the city.

He said a fuel tank was damaged and caught fire in the Svetloyarsky district, south of Volgograd, while a gas pipeline, a power line and a dozen residential buildings were damaged in the Surovikinsky district, west of the city.

Russia’s Defense Ministry said 57 Ukrainian drones were downed in the Volgograd region between Thursday night and early Friday morning. The military said its air defense systems intercepted nine more drones in the region later on Friday.

In the neighboring Rostov region, 54 drones were downed overnight and in the morning. Authorities said there were no injuries.

Four people were injured in the southwestern Belgorod region, and one woman was hospitalized in the Bryansk region, whose governor said Ukraine had launched Neptune cruise missiles.

Airports across Russia introduced temporary flight restrictions amid the overnight air attacks.

Meanwhile, in Ukraine, Russian attacks killed two people in the city of Dnipropetrovsk.

The deadly attacks came ahead of an upcoming 32-hour ceasefire this weekend meant to coincide with Orthodox Easter.

ANALYSIS

Why the Iran-US truce is more likely to buy time than peace

As US and Iranian envoys prepare to meet in Pakistan this weekend, the truce between the two sides appears less a step toward peace than a fragile intermission in a war whose central disputes remain unresolved.

There is little clarity about the terms of the ceasefire. Neither Washington nor Tehran refers to it as a formal agreement, and the absence of guarantees, enforcement mechanisms or an effective mediator underscores how fragile it may be.

President Donald Trump has declared victory, Tehran has described the outcome as a “historic achievement,” and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has offered only partial support for the arrangement.

The complexity of the war, including the involvement of Arab states across the Persian Gulf and multiple proxy actors, makes a comprehensive settlement difficult for now.

Trump says US warships rearmed for Iran strikes if talks fail - NY Post

President Donald Trump said on Friday that US warships are being reloaded with “the best ammunition” to continue airstrikes on Iran in case peace talks in Islamabad fail.

“We’re going to find out in about 24 hours. We’re going to know soon,” he told The New York Post in a phone interview when asked if he thought the talks would be successful.

“We have a reset going. We’re loading up the ships with the best ammunition, the best weapons ever made — even better than what we did previously and we blew them apart,” he added.

“But we’re loading up the ships. We’re loading up the ships with the best weapons ever made, even at a higher level than we use to do a complete decimation. And if we don’t have a deal, we will be using them, and we will be using them very effectively.”

“You’re dealing against people that we don’t know whether or not they tell the truth,” Trump added. “To our face, they’re getting rid of all nuclear weapons, everything’s gone. And then they go out to the press and say, ‘No, we’d like to enrich.’ So we’ll find out.”

MQ-4C Triton, US' $200 million drone, vanishes over Hormuz after distress signal? What we know

Updated on: Apr 10, 2026 4:21 PM IST

A $200 million US Navy MQ-4C Triton surveillance drone has seemingly gone missing over the Strait of Hormuz, triggering a wave of speculation and unanswered questions.

Several social media users cited open-source flight tracking data and said the high-altitude drone rapidly lost altitude after declaring an in-flight emergency, even transmitting the universal “7700” distress code.

Some reports also indicated it may have turned slightly toward Iranian airspace before descending sharply and vanishing from public tracking systems.

The incident has quickly fuelled claims online, with several internet users alleging that Iran may have shot down the aircraft. However, there is no official confirmation from the US military or navy, and the circumstances surrounding the drone’s disappearance remain unclear.

It is also important to note that HT could not independently verify the flight data circulating on platforms like X, or confirm the drone’s final status through open tracking sources such as Flightradar24.

At this stage, it is not known whether the aircraft crashed, was brought down, or simply dropped off tracking due to technical or coverage limitations.

However, before its disappearance, the Triton was reportedly involved in combat search-and-rescue operations and was based at Naval Air Station Sigonella in Italy.

Mysterious Drone Detected at Princess Beatrix's Residence and Central Bank Gold Vault

10 April 2026, 21:26

JAKARTA - An unidentified drone was detected over the residence of Princess Beatrix and the gold vault of the Dutch central bank in November 2025, the Algemeen Dagblad newspaper reported on Friday (10/4).

Reports of drone activity at the site were previously classified.

Documents show that on the night of November 22, 2025, three drones passed over a military base near Utrecht and Beatrix's residence in the same province.

The Dutch military police, the Royal Marechaussee, is trying to track down the source of the drone and assess the potential risks, but no perpetrators have been identified.

The location is among the most sensitive in the country. The Camp New Amsterdam military base is the headquarters of an elite unit tasked with protecting military officials, politicians, and diplomats.

At the location there is also a new vault of the Dutch Central Bank that stores millions of coins, banknotes, and 14,166 gold bars.

Drone activity was also detected at Volkel airbase and Eindhoven Airport on 21-22 November 2025.

On November 21, Dutch forces shot down an unidentified drone over Volkel, while the next day Eindhoven Airport halted flights due to a violation of airspace.

In January, it was also revealed that drones were active over the Netherlands' largest gas distribution center near Ommen, but it was not announced to the public.

U.S. Firm Develops Interceptor Drone With AI Sound Targeting

April 10, 2026

Talon Avionics, a defense technology company headquartered in Boise, Idaho, has developed a new type of drone intercept system called SECTR.

It is an autonomous drone-intercept platform that detects, tracks, and engages aerial threats using AI-driven acoustic technology.

The company describes it as a fundamentally new approach to airspace defense against the growing threat of low-cost attack drones.

The SECTR system is built around a modular 10×10 launch platform — designated the SECTR-IK-02 interceptor station — that scales up to 100 launch tubes and is operated from a single control station.

The platform can be deployed in vehicle-mounted or static configurations, making it suitable for convoy escort, forward base protection, and critical infrastructure defense.

Each interceptor unit, including its launch tube, weighs 700 grams and fits within dimensions of 100×100×250 millimeters, allowing large quantities to be stockpiled and transported with minimal logistical burden.

The system operates on a single charge for up to 24 hours when configured with 100 interceptors and functions across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, covering the full spectrum of environments from Arctic conditions to desert operations.

At the center of the SECTR architecture is a detection suite combining proprietary acoustic sensing with conventional radar integration.

The acoustic array detects targets at distances of up to 100 meters by identifying the sound signatures produced by drone motors — including from threats that have not yet become visible on radar.

The radar component provides comprehensive airspace awareness at ranges between 200 and 1,000 meters, with the 1,000-meter capability scheduled for availability in Q2/2027.

Together, the two sensor layers feed a multi-modal fusion engine that continuously analyzes acoustic patterns and radar returns to classify drone type and threat level before committing an interceptor to engagement.

The interceptor drone itself carries 16 microphones arranged in an array. A beamforming algorithm scans the surrounding airspace in all directions, forming a narrow acoustic beam that searches for the sound signatures of hostile drones.

Once the system locks onto a confirmed target, it flies directly toward it. An onboard AI model allows the interceptor to distinguish between the sound of a target drone and the noise produced by its own motors and ambient wind — a critical capability that prevents false engagements and ensures reliable guidance to the point of intercept.

The stated single-interceptor hit probability is 95% or greater, with a maximum interceptor speed of 135 km/h (85 mph) and a maximum flight time of five minutes per engagement. The system is designed to counter FPV and camera drones weighing up to 1 kilogram.

A defining characteristic of the SECTR system is its fully passive detection layer. Unlike radar-dependent counter-drone solutions that emit signals and can thereby reveal the location of the protected unit, SECTR’s acoustic detection component emits nothing.

Michael Mayer-Rosa, Co-Founder and Strategic Executive of Talon Avionics, described the significance of this design choice directly: “A major advantage of our system is the fully passive acoustic detection layer. Unlike many counter-drone systems, it does not emit any signals, meaning it does not reveal the position of the protected unit. T

his allows forces to detect and track drone threats while remaining hidden, which is critical for military operations, convoy protection, and forward positions.”

The passive architecture also provides specific capability against what the company terms “sleeper drones” — threats pre-positioned near roads or terrain that activate when vehicles or troops approach.

Because SECTR’s acoustic sensors detect the sound signature of a drone’s motors the instant they start, the system generates early warning before the threat becomes visible on conventional radar, providing seconds of additional response time that autonomous systems can translate into an intercept. The entire detection-to-engagement sequence, from acoustic detection through classification and interceptor launch, completes in under one second.

Mayer-Rosa framed the broader strategic rationale for the system’s design: “As drones rapidly proliferate — particularly low-cost FPV and loitering systems — the nature of aerial threats is fundamentally changing.

Traditional counter-UAS solutions are increasingly challenged: they are complex, require trained operators, and rely heavily on radar or RF signals that can be limited in real-world environments.”

Manufactured in the United States, SECTR is positioned for military customers, law enforcement, border security, and critical infrastructure protection.

Talon Avionics states that its high-capacity domestic production capability is intended to support both U.S. forces and allied militaries, with regional manufacturing expansion planned where partners require it.

The system’s software-defined architecture allows detection and engagement algorithms to be updated in the field, enabling rapid adaptation as threat types evolve — a design philosophy drawn directly from the iterative development cycles observed in the drone warfare environment over Ukraine and the Middle East.

The autonomous operation model — described by Talon Avionics as “zero-expertise autonomy” — requires no skilled drone pilots or specialized counter-UAS operators.

Once activated, the system conducts automated target tracking and engagement without direct human input at the point of intercept, reducing both the personnel burden and the response latency inherent in systems that require human confirmation before firing.

Close Encounters at 50K Feet? Kacey Musgraves Alleges UFOs Followed Her Plane

April 10, 2026 11:47am

Kacey Musgraves has come forward with a shocking claim that three UFOs followed her flight last night.

The Grammy Award-winning superstar took to Instagram to share her experience, which left her spooked and unable to sleep.

“So I just got off a plane. I flew from Fort Worth to Nashville. It was me and one of my managers, Bobby, and we just had the craziest, fucking orb UFO experience.

He saw it with me,” shared Musgraves in the video posted to Instagram Stories, adding that it’s not the first time she’s witnessed phenomena she can’t explain.

“I was about to lay down and take a nap, and I saw these lights that caught my eye that just didn’t look normal.

And I watched them for a minute and they were definitely trailing each other, moving really … Anyways, they were about 50,000 feet up probably. We watched them for maybe 45 minutes.”

Musgraves shared video of the alleged UFOs — detailing that the videos were low quality because of the distance and dark night sky despite being shot on an iPhone 17 — and said that she witnessed the objects trailing her plane in unison: “They were changing direction with us. They were following the plane.”

“These orbs were not moving like any craft that we can control. They were intermittently coming and going, forming triangle patterns. They were kind of an orange-ish color.

Sometimes they would get extremely bright and change color, change size. The craziest thing is, so they followed us from about Little Rock area. That’s when I noticed them all the way to Nashville.

And we landed and Bobby and I were like, ‘Oh my God, this was insane.’”

So crazy that she brought it up to the pilots when they opened the cockpit door. “We’re like, ‘Did y’all just see something weird?’

And they’re like, ‘Three orbs off in the sky?’ And we were like, ‘Yeah,’ and both pilots were laughing and were like, ‘Yeah, we’ve seen these every single night and all the other pilots are seeing them too and nobody knows what they are.’”

Musgraves said the pilots separately reported seeing one in New York and one in Dallas at the same time. “So yeah, shit is weird, but I’m here for it. I am open to it. I’m here for it.”

Musgraves is far from the first celebrity to report seeing strange objects floating in the sky but it seems that more and more people are coming forward with claims now that President Donald Trump has ordered the release of UFO data.

Donald Trump Named 'Only One Who Can Reveal Truth' as Congressman Claims Vast UFO Cover-up Inside US System

10 April 2026, 12:41 PM BST

The mystery surrounding UFOs has taken a dramatic turn after Tim Burchett claimed that only Donald Trump has the power to uncover what he describes as a deeply hidden government cover-up.

Speaking candidly in a recent interview, the congressman suggested that critical information about unidentified flying objects is being deliberately concealed within the US system, leaving the public in the dark.

Why Burchett Says Trump Holds the Key

Burchett did not hesitate to point to Trump as the only figure capable of forcing real disclosure. According to him, entrenched bureaucracies and powerful agencies have created layers of secrecy that even elected officials struggle to penetrate.

He revealed that during briefings, he was told that even the president operates on a 'need-to-know basis,' a claim he described as deeply troubling. For Burchett, this signals a system where unelected officials hold significant control over sensitive information.

Despite this, he believes Trump stands apart. His argument rests on the idea that Trump, due to his political style and willingness to challenge institutions, could break through barriers that others cannot. In his view, no scientist, agency, or committee will willingly reveal the truth unless pushed from the very top.

Claims of a Hidden and Fragmented System

One of the most striking aspects of Burchett's claims is his description of how UFO-related information is allegedly handled. He suggested that any recovered materials or evidence are not kept within traditional government channels.

Instead, he believes such information has been distributed across private contractors, making it nearly impossible to access through official means like the Freedom of Information Act.

This structure, he argued, ensures that no single entity has full visibility, effectively preventing transparency.

Burchett compared the situation to highly compartmentalised wartime projects, where even individuals working side by side had no idea what the other was doing.

He claims the same model is being used today, only on a much larger and more secretive scale.

What He Thinks About UFO Origins

While many theories exist, Burchett dismissed the idea that UFOs belong to rival nations such as China or Russia. He argued that if such advanced technology existed within those countries, it would already have shifted the global balance of power.

Instead, he suggested a mix of possibilities, ranging from unknown technologies to phenomena that current science cannot fully explain. He also warned about misinformation, noting that some agencies may exploit public fascination with UFOs to secure funding.

Importantly, Burchett urged caution, telling the public not to believe everything they hear unless they see evidence firsthand. For him, the focus should not be on 'little green men' but on why vast sums of money are being spent on programmes that officially do not exist.

The Roswell Incident and Cover-Up Allegations

Burchett also revisited the infamous Roswell Incident, offering his own interpretation of what may have happened. Based on accounts he has heard, he believes there could have been a mid-air collision involving unknown craft.

He pointed to inconsistencies in the original reports, noting how initial claims of a 'saucer' quickly shifted to explanations involving weather balloons. For him, such changes only deepen suspicion of a cover-up.

Despite his efforts, Burchett admitted he does not expect full disclosure anytime soon. He believes the system is too deeply entrenched and protected by claims of national security.

Still, his message remains clear. If the truth is ever to come out, he insists it will require intervention at the highest level. And in his view, that responsibility falls squarely on Donald Trump.

Professor Bohlander's paper becomes most-read paper of the journal 'World Futures' in the last 12 months

9 April 2026

Professor Bohlander's paper "From Description to Meaning – Epistemological Problems of Scientific UAP Research and Ethics of Contact" becomes most-read paper of the journal World Futures in the last 12 months.

The open access paper "From Description to Meaning – Epistemological Problems of Scientific UAP Research and Ethics of Contact" published on 24 November 2025 has become the most-read paper of the journal World Futures in the last 12 months.

It is one of a larger number of articles on UAP research which have garnered broad attention with the journal's readership, and it is a welcome development that the topic is increasingly gaining traction in serious academic journals.

Here is the abstract of the article:

"Modern research into Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) embraces almost exclusively the methods of natural science; the times from the last century of the reliance on witness testimony about sightings of UFOs, leave alone experiencer and abduction narratives, seem to be over. They are considered too unreliable. Instrumental data, material testing, and experimental replicability are the champion concepts of the new search effort. However, this paper argues that this approach is shortsighted and myopic, espousing a questionable understanding of the relationship between what is evidence and what is proof, and failing to appreciate other forms of evidence accepted in contexts which have a direct and enforceable effect on people’s lives, such as judicial proceedings. More to the point, scientific evidence does not help in answering the question about the meaning and purpose of the UAP presence. For that, we need to get “inside the UFOs”, and the only people so far whom we know may have been there are experiencers and in particular abductees. There needs to be an academic revival of a dialogue with their side of the experience, not as objects of evidence for the non-experiencers, but as equal agents. Taking their narratives seriously leads to a second field of enquiry, that of ethics of contact: What they undergo and are told during their time in the UAP environment might give us clues about the ethical framework under which the occupants of these craft operate, and how humanity should position itself toward the visitors."

April 14 Is About To Change Everything You Think You Know About UAPs — And The Government Can’t Stop It This Time

April 10, 2026

There are moments in history where the wall between what the government knows and what the public is allowed to know finally cracks. We may be standing at the edge of one of those moments right now.

And the person holding the sledgehammer is a sitting United States Congresswoman who has apparently had enough of the secrecy, the stonewalling, and the carefully managed drip of declassified nothing that the Pentagon and the intelligence community have been feeding the American public for decades.

Representative Anna Paulina Luna is forcing the release of 46 classified military UAP videos. Not summaries. Not redacted briefing documents with half the sentences blacked out.

Videos. Actual footage captured by the United States military of phenomena that, based on everything we currently understand about physics, aerodynamics, and the known capabilities of every nation on this planet, should not exist.

And if the date holds, April 14 is when the American people — and the world — get to see them.

Let that number register. Forty-six classified military UAP videos. We lost our collective minds over one.

The 2017 release of the Nimitz footage — that now-iconic clip of the Tic Tac object performing maneuvers that no known aircraft can replicate, filmed by U.S. Navy pilots who spent years being told to stay quiet about what they saw — cracked open a door that the national security establishment has been desperately trying to close ever since.

Forty-six videos has the potential to blow that door completely off its hinges.

Now here is where this story goes from extraordinary to something that is going to challenge even the most open-minded among us to keep up.

Because what military analysts, UAP researchers, and a growing number of credentialed scientists and former intelligence officials are describing — based on the footage and encounter data that has already leaked or been partially disclosed — does not fit the popular cultural image of flying saucers and little green men that the government and Hollywood spent fifty years using to make this subject seem ridiculous.

What they are describing is something far stranger, far more intimate, and in many ways far more unsettling than anything science fiction prepared us for.

These are not drones. They are not experimental aircraft from a rival nation. They are not swamp gas or weather balloons or misidentified satellites — the tired, insulting explanations that official spokespersons have been recycling since Roswell.

What the most serious researchers and analysts who have actually reviewed the classified material are pointing toward are trans-medium plasma entities — objects or phenomena that transition seamlessly between air, space, and water, that demonstrate what can only be described as intentional behavior, and that have been documented operating in and around the world's oceans in ways that suggest those oceans are not simply bodies of water to whatever this phenomenon represents.

They appear to function as transit corridors. Entry and exit points. What some researchers have begun calling, with increasing seriousness, wormhole freeways.

>>24486202

The trans-medium capability alone should be stopping traffic on every major news network in America right now.

These are objects — or entities, because the plasma-based biological hypothesis is being discussed in rooms that require security clearances to enter — that have been filmed entering the ocean at speed, operating underwater, and exiting again without any detectable deceleration or structural stress that any known material could withstand.

Navy sonar operators have tracked them. Pilots have watched them disappear beneath the surface and reemerge miles away in seconds.

This is not fringe internet speculation. This is documented, it is in the classified record, and if Rep. Luna gets her way, some of it is about to become very, very public.

The high-resolution footage of trans-medium orbs and what military observers have described as physically impossible maneuvers — instantaneous direction changes, acceleration from a dead stop to hypersonic speed with no visible propulsion, controlled movement against hurricane-force winds — is reportedly among the material slated for the April 14 release.

If the footage is as clear and as unambiguous as sources with knowledge of the classified archive have suggested, this will not be a situation where skeptics can retreat to lens flares and camera artifacts.

This will be the kind of visual evidence that demands a response from every scientific institution, every government, and every person on this planet who has ever looked up at the sky and wondered.

And here is the question that the most serious thinkers in this space are now asking openly, because the data is pushing them there whether they are comfortable with it or not: what if the framework we have been using to understand this phenomenon is fundamentally wrong?

What if the question is not whether we are being visited — implying something that arrives, observes, and departs — but whether we have been living inside someone else's domain the entire time?

The aquarium hypothesis, as uncomfortable as it is to sit with, is being discussed with genuine scientific seriousness by people who spent their careers in the most classified corners of the American national security apparatus.

We are not the observers. We may be the observed. And the ocean — covering seventy-one percent of this planet's surface, largely unmapped, largely unmonitored — may be far more inhabited and far more trafficked than anyone in official science or official government has been prepared to admit.

April 14 may not answer all of those questions. It may, in fact, generate more questions than it answers — which is what genuine disclosure typically does, as opposed to the managed, defanged, carefully curated releases we have been handed so far.

But if Representative Luna succeeds in forcing these 46 videos into the public record, it will represent the most significant breach in the wall of UAP secrecy in the history of this country. It will be a moment that people remember. It will be a before and after.

We will be here covering every frame, every revelation, and every attempt by the national security establishment to walk it back, recontextualize it, or bury it under a news cycle about something else.

We have seen that playbook before. We know how to read it. April 14 is coming. Make sure you are paying attention.

Dr. James Lacatski - This Is Ufo Disclosure, As Far As It Can Go WEAPONIZED : EPISODE #114

April 8, 2026

A pair of brilliant intelligence analysts working for the DIA circa 2006-2007 came up with an idea to design the largest, most audacious, and most secretive UFO program ever funded by the US government.

It was dubbed AAWSAP, and the public never knew it existed until 7 years after it ended. In its 27-month existence, it created the world's largest UFO data warehouse, a stack of more than 100 thick, highly detailed reports filled with hard data about UFO cases and incidents, as well as rigorous, original investigations into connections between UFO incidents and paranormal phenomena. The two instigators of AAWSAP came to believe that paranormal events were not a subset of UFO cases, but rather, the opposite. UFOs were - and are - a small slice under a larger paranormal umbrella, according to nuclear engineer, rocket scientist, and DIA analyst Dr. James Lacatski, who was appointed director of AAWSAP and who continued to rely on his fellow innovator, Jay Stratton, who later became head of the UAP Task Force.

In this sometimes-tense conversation, Dr. Lacatski reveals that, as far as he knows, no one in government knows the full story about UFOs or where they originate, or what intelligence is behind them.

Lacatski has just released "Future Visions," his fourth book culled from the unreleased files of AAWSAP. He doubts that the actual files will ever be released, and that his books constitute the closest thing to full disclosure the public might ever get. Lacatski says there is no way another AAWSAP will ever be approved, but hints that a smaller, more focused effort related to the proposed Kona Blue program did carry on after AAWSAP ended. Like the previous books, Future Visions is jammed with startling incidents, hard data from UAP encounters, and inexplicable, bone-chilling encounters with bizarre phenomena at Skinwalker Ranch and other similar locations. "The government doesn't know much more [than the general public]," Dr. Lacatski declares. "There are people that think they know more, but they don't. That this is wide open."

The UAP Story The Daily Mail Quietly Deleted

April 8, 2026

A detailed investigative article alleging CIA involvement in UAP crash retrieval operations has been quietly removed from the Daily Mail, one of the largest news outlets in the world — with no correction issued, no contact made with its authors, and no explanation given.

The piece, co-written by journalist Chris Sharp alongside Josh Boswell and researcher Matt Ford, laid out how the CIA’s Office of Global Access, known as the OGA, was allegedly linked to UAP crash retrieval operations.

According to Sharp, the article detailed which agencies were involved, how they coordinated, and how the OGA — built specifically to access assets in hostile or remote locations — fit into that structure.

Sharp noted publicly that the structural specificity of the article, naming who, where, and how programs connect, appeared to be what distinguished it from similar reporting that remained online.

Sharp described a pattern of pressure that began the day the original OGA article was published. According to Sharp, co-author Matt Ford was approached by a stranger in Las Vegas in what Sharp described as a threatening encounter. T

hat same day, Sharp says his computer lost internet access on a single device while all others in his home remained connected. His internet provider could not explain it, and he eventually had to replace the machine.

The night he publicly discussed the article’s removal, Sharp reported that someone was actively attempting to access his email remotely in real time.

He was not alone in describing this kind of pressure.

According to public statements, Jeffrey Nuccetelli, who testified before Congress in September 2025 regarding the then Vandenberg Air Force Base case, reported that his home had been broken into in the days before his testimony and viewed it as a direct message.

Sharp’s broader analysis connects these developments to a network of politically positioned figures.

According to Sharp, Peter Thiel — who made one of the largest campaign donations in history to JD Vance during his Senate race — has placed associates in key government roles.

Vance previously worked for Thiel. Sharp also pointed to Michael Kratsios, a former Thiel chief of staff now serving as a science advisor to the president, and traced that advisory role historically to the Vannevar Bush era — the same period when the classification architecture around sensitive technology programs was first constructed. Sharp’s argument is that a deliberate network with specific interest in UAP-related technology is being positioned for access.

On the question of AARO, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office established by Congress to investigate UAP incidents, Sharp’s assessment gathered from multiple sources is that the office was structurally compromised from its inception.

According to Sharp, Chris Mellon and Lue Elizondo have both stated publicly that AARO should never have been placed under the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (run by Ronald Moultrie chief of the the AOIMSG) — the very body responsible for protecting the most sensitive classified programs in the defense structure.

Sharp described sources telling him it would be “a death by a thousand cuts.” He also referenced a separate interview he conducted with Tim Phillips, a former acting head of AARO, who described approximately 50 cases that could not be attributed to any known human technology, adversary or American.

According to Sharp, the pressure toward disclosure may not be coming from Capitol Hill.

His sources suggest China may be making breakthroughs in exotic engineering — and that the U.S. may be seeing capabilities emerging from China that suggest a breakthrough has already occurred or is imminent.

Sharp stated he was told that acknowledging the existence of retrieved craft is no longer the strategic liability it once was, since concealing their basic existence while adversaries may be studying the same materials only narrows whatever advantage the U.S. holds.

What remains worth protecting, per his sources, is derived technology from reverse engineering efforts — not the craft themselves.

Newly Released Records Reveal Drone Incursions, Including Triangular Object With Spotlight, Above U.S. Nuclear Sites

8 April 2026

Liberation Times has obtained records detailing drone incidents around sensitive U.S. nuclear facilities. The documents point to a spate of activity around critical infrastructure between September 2022 and February 2023.

Among the most striking cases is an incident at the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station in Pennsylvania - a nuclear plant - where a triangular object appearing to carry a large spotlight was reported within the site’s airspace and perimeter for more than two hours.

The material, provided by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) under the Freedom of Information Act, relates to records the NRC sent to the Pentagon’s dedicated Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena office, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, or AARO, between 1 January 2020 and 24 November 2025.

In total, 22 drone-related incidents were documented.

The Susquehanna nuclear power plant accounted for eight incidents in just over a month. In contrast, the Columbia Generating Station in Washington state accounted for nine across a period of nearly three months.

Taken together, those two sites made up 17 of the 22 incidents.

Several incidents around Susquehanna involved multiple drones approaching from multiple directions.

Some reports describe drones hovering around the perimeter and then periodically moving into the protected airspace before pulling back again.

Two incidents are especially notable.

On 26 September 2022, the log states that eight drones entered the airspace of the plant and that the interaction lasted approximately two hours and 45 minutes.

On 3 October 2022, another event involving multiple drones lasted two hours and eight minutes.

The 3 October 2022 incident report describes at least four drones entering the airspace from multiple directions, with three appearing to be quadcopters and a fourth described as larger, triangular in shape and apparently carrying a large spotlight.

According to the report, the drones had red, green, and white lights, with at least one appearing to have blue lights.

Another entry, dated 29 October 2022, records five quadcopter-type drones operating near the plant.

Around the Columbia Generating Station, most of the incidents involved single drones rather than swarms.

From November 2022 through early February 2023, the site saw repeated appearances by drones, including some described as large, and one case in which the Department of Energy’s Hanford Patrol followed a drone east toward the city of Richland before losing sight of it.

In another incident, the drone was estimated to be eight to ten feet in diameter with white and red flashing lights.

Nuclear power stations at Comanche Peak in Texas, Monticello in Minnesota and Peach Bottom in Pennsylvania appear more episodic in the released set of records.

Comanche Peak logged three single-drone incidents. Monticello logged one case in which a suspected operator was seen on the road west of the protected area and reportedly told plant personnel he intended to photograph a nearby river.

Even in that case, the drone still crossed the protected area. By the time plant security was sent to speak to the operator, around 30 minutes later, the individual had disappeared.

Peach Bottom appears once, with a brief overflight.

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2022, specifically tasks the AARO to work with the NRC; it states the UAP Office must, in its annual reports, record incidents and descriptions of UAP or drones of unknown origin seen over NRC sites:

‘In consultation with the Chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the number of reported incidents, and descriptions thereof, of unidentified aerial phenomena or drones of unknown origin associated with nuclear power generating stations, nuclear fuel storage sites, or other sites or facilities regulated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.’

In 2023, an NRC spokesperson told Liberation Times, that the agency took potential threats from Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) ‘seriously’ and ‘continuously coordinates’ on such concerns with federal intelligence and law enforcement partners.

The NRC spokesperson stated that:

“The Nuclear Regulatory Commission takes potential threats from any aircraft, uncrewed aerial systems or unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) seriously and requires nuclear power plant operators and certain other licensees to report any suspicious activity in the airspace over their facilities.

“The agency continuously coordinates on these and other potential concerns with federal intelligence and law enforcement partners and can take immediate and appropriate action to address any security threats to our licensed facilities.”

The area around Columbia Generating Station in Washington state has a history of reported anomalous activity dating back to the 1940s.

In a 2009 email to UAP researcher Robert Hastings, former serviceman Clarence R. “Bud” Clem recalled an apparent wartime encounter involving an unknown object over the top-secret Hanford Ordnance Works in Washington state.

Hanford, now decommissioned, was established in 1943 as part of the Manhattan Project and is located roughly four miles from Columbia Generating Station.

Clem, a former U.S. Naval Reserve officer and F6F Hellcat fighter pilot assigned to Air Group 50 aboard the USS Cowpens, said that in 1945, during World War Two and months before the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, radar operators detected a bogey over the highly classified Hanford site.

The sighting prompted a rapid response from personnel at nearby Naval Air Station Pasco.

According to Clem’s account, a Lieutenant Commander named Richard Brown scrambled in an armed aircraft and pursued what was described as a bright ball of fire, but was unable to catch it before it sped off to the northwest and vanished from radar.

As documented by Robert Hastings in his book UFOs and Nukes, unusual incidents continued at Hanford after the war.

A now-declassified Air Force intelligence report states that in May 1949, personnel working at the site saw a “silvery, disc-shaped” object hovering over Hanford.

Edward Ruppelt, the United States Air Force officer who directed Project Blue Book, the formal U.S. government study of UFOs conducted between 1952 and 1969, also documented a case near Hanford in December 1952.

In the incident, a pilot and radar observer of a patrolling F-94, flying at 26,000 feet, first spotted a light and then saw a large, round, white object with a dim reddish glow coming from two “windows”.

After losing visual contact, the pilot obtained a radar lock-on and was forced to alter course several times to avoid a collision. At the time of the incident, Hanford was the world’s largest producer of weapons-grade plutonium.

Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station witnessed a UAP event in 1970, when on the night of 15 October, a large number of residents in Delta, a borough in Pennsylvania, say they witnessed a flashing red and blue object circling the skies less than a mile from the Peach Bottom nuclear power plant.

One of the witnesses was William Ramsay, a bus driver for the Southeastern School District, who claimed to have witnessed the event. He stated: "It had rotating lights," he said, "and it kept coming and going".

The newly obtained information comes following a spate of recent incursions by mysterious unidentified drones over the United States.

Last month, a series of unidentified drones were seen hovering over Fort McNair in Washington, D.C., where Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Secretary of State Marco Rubio live. The incident prompted the White House to consider relocating them.

In another alarming incident last month, a large number of unauthorized drones were seen flying over Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana, home to long-range B-52 bombers capable of carrying nuclear weapons, triggering a lockdown.

Speaking to Liberation Times, Marik Von Rennenkampff, a former analyst at the U.S. Department of State and Obama administration appointee at the Department of Defense, stated:

‘The brazen incursions by unknown ‘drones’ over sensitive nuclear infrastructure outlined in these reports is truly alarming - especially after ‘multiple waves’ of unknown objects flew with complete impunity for several days over Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. Barksdale, notably, hosts the headquarters of Air Force Global Strike Command, which oversees the U.S.’s nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles and air-launched nuclear weapons.

Similarly brazen - and mysterious - incursions persisted for nearly three weeks over Langley Air Force Base, home to Air Combat Command, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, headquarters of Air Force intelligence, the Air Force Research Laboratory, and Air Force Materiel Command.

In short, an unknown actor is systematically asserting dominance over the most critical and sensitive military sites in the United States. The failure of these shocking incidents to raise more alarm bells in the public discourse is baffling - and an inherent national security risk.

UAP Caucus Chair dubious of disclosure: “I really don’t think we’re going to get this information”

Apr 10, 2026

Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) — Co-chair, Congressional UAP Caucus

Ask a Pol UAP asks:

The Congressional UAP Caucus has been really outspoken lately on classified info, is that cause y’all are banking on disclosure coming from President Donald Trump?

Key Burchett:

“We’re just frustrated, brother,” Burchett exclusively tells Ask a Pol UAP. “We’re just frustrated.”

Do you think full disclosure is actually coming?

“I really don’t think we’re going to get this information,” Burchett says.

“The one shot we’ve got is somebody gets to the President before the other side does and says ‘release it’ and he pulls a classic Trump and does what he wants to do, regardless. Which I, in this case I would love that.”

Burchett reveals more details on his UFO chat with President Trump the morning of the State of the Union address, after we ask:

Does the White House even know where to look?

“I told him, look, it’s so many levels of this thing — you got to peel back that onion. I said we need to get to the bottom of it. He was very receptive.”

Because there’s a chance UFO files are held by military contractors, so it could even be outside the government entirely?

“Exactly,” Burchett says. “That’s why they’ve done it. It’s (un)FOIA-able — that’s why I think it’s going to be almost next to impossible unless Trump grants them some sort of amnesty to come forward.”

Other UAP Caucus members want to replace AARO, while Burchett just wants to blow it up:

“I’m tired of restructuring government. We just end up with the same dad-gum thing every time,” Burchett says. “I just want to do away with it.”
