A ninth scientist, Michael David Hicks, connected to sensitive U.S. research at institutions including NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Caltech, MIT, and Los Alamos National Laboratory has died amid a pattern of at least eight other scientists and researchers who have died or gone missing.
