Why isn't the full date present at the top of the copy certificate?

There is space for the full date but only the year is present.

Is this normal?

Why isn't the number of the original certificate entered on the copy certificate?

Not the birth date.

I was pointing to the lack of the certificate issue date at the top on the copy certificate.

When you issue a certificate there should be an issue date.

Not shilling at all.

Do you not know how official documents should be prepared etc.

There should be an issuance date in full at the top. There is space there for it.

Why is it missing?

This is a valid question.
