Nolte: Police Called on Democrat Governor Candidate Amy Acton’s 2019 Drunken Rage Episode

John Nolte11 Apr 2026

Amy Acton, the Democrat frontrunner for Ohio’s gubernatorial primary, had a drunken meltdown in 2019 that involved the police.

At the time, the 60-year-old Acton was the director of Ohio’s Department of Health for Republican Gov. Mike DeWine— the lone Democrat in his cabinet.

Per the police report, at 9:45 p.m. in August of 2019, Acton pulled a mirror off the wall, “shattering the glass” when she “became upset” because she felt her husband “was antagonizing her.”

Far-left NBC News adds that she “told officers she had been drinking, had taken an unknown amount of prescription drugs, and was about to drive away in her car before her husband, who also told police he had been drinking, talked her out of it.”

A medic was also dispatched to their home.Per the police report, the medic told Acton she should go to the hospital. Acton refused.

The Acton campaign is spinning the incident this way:

Her campaign on Friday disputed and sought to clarify several elements of the police report. Acton and her husband had returned home from dinner, where she had one drink, according to the campaign’s written response for this article. During a “verbal disagreement regarding her long work hours,” Acton “bumped into a wall hanging which fell,” the campaign said. She then went to bed and was asleep when police arrived, according to the campaign.

They added that she was not “intoxicated”that night.

Come on, the police got involved. We don’t know who called the police, but police involvement makes this sound like a little more than some yelling and a bump up against the wall. And the medic’s involvement? And the medic suggested she go to the hospital?

DeWine’s office says he knew nothing about this until now. “The Governor holds his staff to the highest standards of conduct,” the governor’s spokesman said in a statement to NBC. “Given that the allegations in the report are deeply troubling,Governor DeWine would have expected Dr. Acton to have, primary at that time, promptly disclosed this to him, and he is very disappointed that it did not occur.”

So, what’s going on here? Why would the corrupt corporate media report on this when it supposedly hurts a Democrat?

Easy answer…

Acton will almost certainly win the primary, and NBC wants to control the exposure of this scandal now instead of it coming out in the general election.

Vivek Ramaswamy is the frontrunner to face Acton in the general, so better that NBC release this scandal now than wait for the Ramaswamy camp to do it weeks out from Election Day.

All things being the same, if Acton were the Republican candidate, NBC never would have run this in the primary. Being the left-wing super PAC that it is, NBC would’ve waited until October.

Remember this: Everything the corporate media do is to protect the Democrat Party. That’s why NBC is cleaning Acton’s closet out now.

That’s also why the media just took down Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA).

Pope Leo Responds to Trump Criticism: ‘I’m Sorry to Hear That’4/13/26

Pope Leo XIV responded Monday to President Donald Trump criticising him over the U.S.-Israel war in Iran, telling reporters theVatican works for peace and reconciliation based on the teachings of the Gospel, adding he fears neither the Trump administration or vigorous debate.

“To put my message on the same plane as what the president has attempted to do here, I think is not understanding what the message of the Gospel is,” Leo told the Associated Press aboard the papal plane en route to Algeria. “And I’m sorry to hear that but I will continue on what I believe is the mission of the church in the world today.”

He spoke a few hours after Trump labeled him as “WEAK on Crime, and terrible for Foreign Policy,” and added he does not want a Pope who opposes the actions of the Trump administration, as Breitbart News reported.

In a post on Truth Social,Trump stated he likes Pope Leo’s brother “much better” than he likes the Pope. Trump also noted he does not want a Pope “who thinks it’s OK for Iran to have a Nuclear Weapon,” or who “thinks it’s terrible that America attacked Venezuela.”

History’s first U.S.-born pope stressed he was not making a direct attack against Trump or anyone else with his general appeal for peace and criticisms of the “delusion of omnipotence” that is fueling the Iran wars and other conflicts around the world, the AP report notes.

“I will not enter into debate. The things that I say are certainly not meant as attacks on anyone. The message of the Gospel is very clear:‘Blessed are the peacemakers,’” Leo said.

“I will not shy away from announcing the message of the Gospel and inviting all people to look for ways of building bridges of peace and reconciliation, and looking for ways to avoid war any time that’s possible”

Speaking to other reporters, the AP report notes he added: “I’m not afraid of the Trump administration or of speaking out loudly about the message of the Gospel, which is what the Church works for.’’

“We are not politicians. We do not look at foreign policy from the same perspective that he may have,’’ the pope said, adding, ”I will continue to speak out strongly against war, seeking to promote peace, promoting dialogue and multilateralism among states to find solutions to problems. (The Vatican is filled with gays.)

“Too many people are suffering today, too many innocent people have been killed, and I believe someone must stand up and say that there is a better way,’’ the Pope said.

Pope Leo XIV is currently undertakingthe first-ever papal trip to Algeria, aiming to promoteChristian-Muslim coexistence.(good luck with that.)

(Every Traditional Catholic think he is evil and has abandoned Christ’s Teaching. He is definitely not a Catholic. You notice he doesn’t state Jesus the Christ, just the Gospels.)

Irish Government Caves to Anti-Fuel Tax Protests, Announces Half-Billion Euro Support Package

Kurt Zindulka13 Apr 2026

In the face ofeconomically crippling anti-fuel tax demonstrations across Ireland, the neo-liberal government in Dublinannounced a last-minute emergency support packageon Sunday evening in an apparent bid to pay off key sectors of the protest movement.

With Ireland’s fuel stations running out of petrol and diesel throughout the country as a result of farmer and trucker-led protests, which have blockaded the nation’s only refinery, and its depotsover the past week, Prime Minister Micheál Martin announced on Sunday a €505 million ($590) emergency fund to mitigate against energy spikes amid the Iran conflict, the Irish Independent reported.

This comes on top of a €250 million package released last month, and a €1.2 billion cost-of-living package after the initial energy crisis was sparked by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022.

“We recognise and understand the pressures that have arisen due to rising fuel costs on all families and businesses. I am very conscious that we must support people, protect key services and make critical investments. This package is a significant response to real pressures,” Martin said.

In addition to the financial subsidies, the government alsoannounced Sunday that it would delay increases to the carbon tax, scheduled for next month, to October.

The unpopular tax was set to particularly impact Irish farmers through hikes on agri-diesel despite the reality that there are currently no viable electric alternatives for the heavy machinery needed to produce the nation’s food supply.

The latest support package includes a specific scheme to help struggling truckers, with a mechanism put in place to lower fuel costs for licensed hauliers should the price of diesel rise above €1.90-a-litre in April or May.

However, critics noted that little was done to lower the cost of fuel or home heating oil for the average citizenand accused the government of attempting tobuy off the truckers, who had outsized power within the protest movement due to their ability to shut down roads.

Prominent Irish entrepreneur and former leader of the former populist Libertas Party,Declan Ganley, described the government’s move as a “predictable attempt to divide and rule.”

“This governmentloves ‘package’, a way to try to buy off and control some special interest group or another, divide the resistance,” he said.

Former MMA champion Conor McGregor lent his weight behind the call to keep the protest movement alive, saying: “To every farmer, haulier, trucker, builder, shopkeeper, factory worker, and every hardworking Irish man and woman, JOIN US. Shut it down. They will feel the pain they have inflicted on us.”

Meanwhile, theleft-wing Sinn Féin party said it will stick to its plans to introduce a vote of no confidenceagainst the government when the parliament returns to session.

Following the support package announcement, Sinn Féin MP Pearse Doherty said thatthe government was not listeningto the public andhad failed to take the “necessary action to make fuel affordable at the pumps.”

“What they announced this evening fell far short. Working people left behind again. The solutions are there. They could have cut diesel by the maximum amount to prevent it being wiped out within days. They could have cut petrol further. They could have scrapped excise on home heating oil,” Doherty said.

“They only moved because of public pressure – and even then, they fell short. The pressure must now intensify. We will bring forward our motion of no confidence in the government this week. They have to go,” he added.

Public sentiment appears to be with the protesters, with a poll finding that 56 per cent back the movement, and that 46 per cent say the government is primarily to blame for the crisis.

Ukraine violated Easter truce over 6,500 times – Russian MOD

Most incidents involved short-range FPV drone strikes, the military says

Published 13 Apr, 2026 11:39 | U

Ukrainian forces violated a 32-hour Easter ceasefire more than 6,500 times over the weekend, the Russian Defense Ministry has said.

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the unilateral pause last week. Ukrainian leader VladimirZelensky signaled that Kiev would also observe the truce, and called onMoscow to extend it beyond the holiday period.

According to the Russian military, combat activity decreased significantly on Saturday and Sundaybut did not fully stop. The ministry said most ofthe 6,558reported violations involved short-rangeunmanned aerial vehicles. It listed4,685 strikesby first-person-view (FPV) drones and749 munitionsdropped from drones. Ukrainian forces also reportedly conducted 694 artillery and tank attacks on Russian positions==.

Russian air defenses reportedlyintercepted 33 long-range drones, including 11 over the border regions of Belgorod and Kursk.

The ministry stressed thatRussian troops held their positions and did not initiate attacks during the truce, disputing claims from Ukrainian officials.

Moscow has declared temporary ceasefires during previous Orthodox holidays, including Christmas 2023 and Easter 2025. According to the Russian military, the previous Easter truce saw more than 3,900 violations by Ukraine.

Russian officials haverejected calls from Kiev for longer ceasefires, citing alack of trust. They argue that Ukraine intends to use extended pauses to regroup and reinforce its forces with Western support rather than pursue genuine peace negotiations.

Moscow has also said that Ukraine’s withdrawal from the Donetsk People’s Republic would be viewed as a meaningful step toward a resolution and a basis for a longer ceasefire, but Zelensky has refused to order a withdrawal.

Telegram’s Durov says ‘your nudes are safe with us’

The tech entrepreneur has accused WhatsApp of ‘consumer fraud’ over its backup practices

Published 13 Apr, 2026 08:35 | Updated

Telegram founder and CEO Pavel Durov has accused WhatsApp ofmisleading users about privacy, arguing that Telegram offers stronger protection for sensitive content.

The Russian tech entrepreneur has repeatedly criticized Meta-ownedWhatsApp’s security model, dismissing claims that the app cannot access user communications.

In a series of posts on Sunday,Durov described WhatsApp’s claim of “end-to-end encryption by default” as “a giant consumer fraud,” alleging that most private messages ultimately end up stored in plain-text cloud backups on Apple and Google servers.

”Add the fact that WhatsApp stores and discloses who you chat with, and the picture is dire,” he wrote, further claiming that Apple and Google provide backed-up data from the service to third parties “thousands of times per year.”

In response to a user who said he only shares intimate images via Telegram, Durov replied: “Thanks for the trust – your nudes are safe with us.”

Telegram, however, does not use end-to-end encryption by default. According to the company’s own documentation, only its ‘Secret Chats’ feature offers full end-to-end protection, while regular messages are stored in its cloud. Critics have identified cloud backups as a weak point in messaging privacy, as data stored outside encrypted channels may be accessible under legal requests or breaches.

Security researchers say that while WhatsApp’s core messages are end-to-end encrypted, its reliance on optional cloud backups can undermine these protections, potentially exposing user data if additional safeguards are not enabled.

Meta has long maintained that messages are protected with end-to-end encryption and cannot be accessed by the company. It also offers optional end-to-end encrypted backups for users who enable the feature.

In January, a major class-action lawsuit filed against Meta Platforms in a US district court by aninternational group of plaintiffs from several countries accused the company of making false claims about the privacy of its WhatsApp service.

Durov has long criticized the platform as a “tool of surveillance,” urging users to avoid it entirely, particularly after its 2014 acquisition by Meta, then known as Facebook. In 2022, he warned that vulnerabilities regularly discovered in the app were not accidental but likely backdoors.

Meta spokesperson Andy Stone rejected the allegations, saying any claim that WhatsApp messages are not encrypted is “categorically false and absurd,”and described the lawsuit as “a frivolous work of fiction.”

Ukraine faces ‘huge’ rift as mobilization backlash grows – Zelensky aide

Ukraine risks disappearing from the world map if draft evasion continues, Kirill Budanov has claimed

Published 12 Apr, 2026 17:49 | Updated

Vladimir Zelensky’s chief of staff Kirill Budanov has acknowledged that mobilization has created what he called a “huge” problem in Ukrainian society, exposing an increasing gap between Kiev’s calls to “fight until victory” and widespread draft evasion.

The Ukrainian military faces a severe manpower crisis driven by battlefield losses, draft evasion, and desertion. With few volunteers, Kiev increasingly relies on mandatory conscription– a highly divisive policy. Recruitment officers are often accused of heavy-handed tactics, and videos of so-called ‘busification’ – the forced detention of military-age men – circulate widely.

In an interview with Ukrinform earlier this week, Budanov conceded that society is split, though he stopped short of linking the divide to growing backlash over coercive mobilization.

“There are real problems… in our society. Because on the one hand, everyone says we need to fight until victory –and on the other, everyone is running away from mobilization. It's a huge, huge problem,” he said, acknowledging a contradiction in which both frontline troops and draft dodgers are lauded as “heroes.”

Budanov attempted to shame draft evaders but offered little advice on how to change public opinion on mobilization beyond telling society to “grow up.” If the trend continues, he claimed, Ukraine risks disappearing altogether: “What will happen when everyone becomes a draft dodger? Will Ukraine remain on the world political map? No, it won’t.”

Tens of thousands of draft-age men have been caught attempting to flee since 2022, Ukrainian border authorities reported, with dozens dying while trying to cross dangerous routes such as into neighboring Romania, a top destination for draft evaders. Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov recently revealed that around two million potential recruits are wanted for draft evasion, while some 200,000 troops have deserted.

Public backlash against mobilization has been mounting with videos showing civilians intervening in forced conscription. Earlier this month, three enforcement officers were stabbed, one fatally, while performing their duties.

A March survey cited by Slovo i Delo found roughly that 40% of Ukrainians would refuse military service, while only 16% said they would willingly serve.

In mid-2025, Gallup reported that 69% of Ukrainians favored a negotiated end to the conflict, a massive swing from 2022, when 73% were in favor of fighting until victory.

Attitudes in European host countries toward Ukrainian migrants have shifted. Poland, Germany, Ireland, Hungary, and Norway have begun tightening benefits, citing the number of migrants as straining national budgets.

Polish Defense Minister Władyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz suggested that draft-age Ukrainians should return home, while Estonian Interior Minister Lauris Laanemets even offered to track down and extradite Ukrainian draft dodgers.

Ukraine tried to attack Russian space base during Starlink rival launch – Roscosmos chief

Kiev orchestrated a drone raid on Plesetsk as Moscow was deploying 16 state-of-the-art satellites two weeks ago, Dmitry Bakanov has said

Published 12 Apr, 2026 14:21 | Updated

Ukraine attempted to strike a Russian cosmodrome the same day as a rocket carrying satellites into orbit was taking off, Russia's space agency Roscosmos has confirmed. Speaking to Russian President Vladimir Putin, agency head General Dmitry Bakanov said that an attempted drone strike on the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in the northern part of the country was foiled.

Bakanov, who has led Roscosmos since February 2025, made the comments on Saturday prior toCosmonautics Day, which marks the first human journey into outer space, undertaken by Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin in 1961.

Putin praised the March 23 launch as a key milestone for Russia’s space program, while Bakanov said that Ukraine had attempted to disrupt it. Plesetsk Cosmodrome lies about 800km north of Moscow and roughly 1,300km from the Ukrainian border.

”When they say space is beyond politics, our 'friends' did everything to prevent this launch,” he said.“That day, there were serious strike attempts on the cosmodrome, but the joint combat crews of Roscosmos enterprises and the Space Forces completed the mission.”

Bakanov did not provide details on the attack. The Russian Defense Ministry did not explicitly comment on the space base assault, but reported the downing of dozens of drones across the country around that date.

The Roscosmos chief was referring to the launch of a Soyuz-2.1b rocket, a medium-lift launch vehicle used as the workhorse in the Russian space industry. The rocket was carrying 16 satellites belonging to the Rassvet constellation, developed by Russian private aerospace firm Bureau 1440 – widely described as Moscow’s answer to Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite system.

Russian officials have been suspicious of Starlink, which is not operating in the country, but is actively used by Ukrainian forces.

The Russian satellites operate as 5G base stations, interconnected via laser communication links and capable of transmitting data at speeds of up to 1 Gbit/s.Their target orbital altitude is 800 km. Bureau 1440 is planning to deploy more than 900 low-orbit relays by 2035.

‘A few kilometers’ left to liberate Donbass – Kremlin

Russian forces continue to advance and are nearing the Donetsk People’s Republic’s borders, Dmitry Peskov has said

Published 13 Apr, 2026 13:53

Russian forces only have a few kilometers left before Donbass has been liberated, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said.

Speaking to Russian journalist Pavel Zarubin on Sunday, Peskov was asked to comment on a recent statement by US Vice President J.D. Vance, who said the Ukraine conflict has fundamentally “stopped making sense,” and that the sides are “haggling at this point over a few square kilometers of territory.”

Peskov confirmed that the territorial issue is now down to “ just a few kilometers, roughly speaking.” He stated that Russia still needs to liberate around “18-17% of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR)” in order to reach the region’s borders.

Once the army reaches the borders of Russia’s new regions, he said,“a complex, painstaking, and not fast negotiation process” will begin, in which the details of a settlement with Ukraine will have to be determined.

Peskov’s remarks came after the Russia Defense Ministry announced on Friday that it has established control over the village of Dibrova in the DPR and the village of Miropolskoye in Sumy Region.

Moscow has called on Kiev to withdraw from all Russian territories peacefully, stressing that it will liberate Donbass – which voted to join Russia in 2022 – one way or the other.

Earlier this month, Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky claimed that Moscow issued a two-month deadline for Ukrainian troops to retreat. The Kremlin rejected the claim, stressing that Zelensky should have issued the withdrawal order long ago, which could have “saved the lives of thousands of people and stopped the hot phase of this war.”

Trilateral talks between Russia, Ukraine, and the US have been on hold due to the Iran war, with Peskov describing the pause as “situational.”

Zelensky has rejected any territorial concessions, calling a withdrawal from Donbass a threat to European security.

Moscow insists that a lasting peace must include Ukrainian neutrality, demilitarization, and recognition of the regions that voted to join Russia.

IDF general tied to teen psy-op case appointed next Mossad chief

Benjamin Netanyahu’s military secretary has won approval from a split committee despite previous controversy

Published 13 Apr, 2026 11:06

An Israeli generallinked to a controversy over the use of a teenager in an online influence campaign has been appointed as the next director of the Mossad, Israel’s foreign intelligence agency.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Sunday that Maj. Gen. Roman Gofman, currently serving as his military secretary, will take over as the country’s top spy chief. Netanyahu described Gofmanas a “bold and creative”commander capable of unconventional thinking.

Gofman, a career officer in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), is widely seen as a close ally of Netanyahu. However, his nomination drew criticism in Israeli media, with some questioning his qualification for the role. First proposed in December, his candidacy underwent a lengthy review by the Senior Appointments Advisory Committee following concerns about his conduct.

The committee ultimately gave its approval last week, with three junior members outvoting the chairman, former Supreme Court president Asher Gruni, who opposed the decision.

Much of the committee’s review centered on the case of Ori Elmakayes, aJewish Israeli citizen who at the age of 17 was involved in a 2022 information warfare operation run by an IDF unit under Gofman’s command. Elmakayes was later detained for allegedly leaking classified material, but was released without charges after it emerged that the documents had been provided to him by a separate IDF unit.

Elmakayes criticized the committee’s findings, calling them “ridiculous” andarguing that a key witness was not interviewed. Writing on X, he warned that “whoever abandoned a 17-year-old boy – will abandon Mossad agents too.”

The committee concluded that Gofman was unaware of Elmakayes’ age at the time and did not know about his arrest until it became public.Gruni disputed those conclusions, expressing doubt and arguing that even if true, they pointed to failures in leadership.

The committee also noted that some documents related to the case were heavily redacted. Gruni added that his actual dissenting opinion could not be made public due to security restrictions, with only brief remarks included in the report.

Born in Belarus, Gofman immigrated to Israel with his family at 14 and rose through the ranks of the IDF’s Armored Corps. He is set to replace outgoing Mossad chief David Barnea, whose five-year term ends in late June.

Last month, the New York Times reported that Barnea had presented plans to US and Israeli leadershipaimed at inciting a public uprisingin Iran to coincide with the two nations’ ongoing bombing campaign, butMossad did not ultimately succeed.

(Makes one wonder how many children around the world are brainwashed by Israel?)

Israel fumes over Netanyahu effigy blown up in Spain(VIDEO)

The Jewish state has condemned the display as “appalling anti-Semitic hatred” and summoned Madrid’s chargé d’affaires

Published 12 Apr, 2026 19:26 | Updated

Israel has condemned Spain after a fireworks-filled effigy of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was blown up during an Easter festival in the southern town of El Burgo.

The long-strained ties between Madrid and West Jerusalem have deteriorated even further in light of the US-Israeli attack on Iran, with Spain emerging as one of the most vocal Western critics of the aggression.

Last month, Spain permanently withdrew its ambassador from Israel, formally downgrading the level of diplomatic relations with the country.

This week, West Jerusalem kicked Madrid out of a US-backed coordination center in Kiryat Gat that oversees the Gaza ceasefire, calling it retaliation for opposing Israel and “defaming” its military.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry called out Spain over the El Burgo festival on Saturday, branding the display an “appalling anti-Semitic hatred” and accusing Madrid of “systemic incitement.” The Spanish chargé d’affaires was summoned over the incident, it added.

Footage from El Burgo, taken during Easter Sunday festivities, shows the massive effigy of the Israeli prime minister going up in flames. The seven-meter (23-foot) figure was packed with 14 kilograms (31 lb) of fireworks that exploded to cheers from a crowd of onlookers.

El Burgo’s mayor, Maria Dolores Narvaez, defended the act, pointing out that it was a part of a decades-old local “Burning of Judas” tradition that previously never caused any issues. Speaking to a local television station, she said that foreign leaders’ effigies had on numerous occasions been featured during the festivities.

While Madrid provided no official reaction to the latest accusations raised by Israel, a Foreign Ministry source told Reuters they were completely unfounded.“The Spanish government is committed to fighting against antisemitism and any form of hate or discrimination. As such, we totally reject any insidious allegation which suggests the contrary,” the source told the agency.

What do they call it when Trump is condemned with effigies? Maybe the people just hate Bibi.

Iran should take this seriously, PDJT and Vance gave them one chance. There’s no reason to try to negotiate with them.

Judicial Watch: 372,000 Inactive Voters Removed from Colorado Voter Rolls after Lawsuit and Settlement

Six Million Inactive Names Removed Nationwide Due to Judicial Watch

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that 372,000 ineligible voter names have been removed from Colorado’s voter registration lists following a Judicial Watch lawsuit and legal settlement addressing the state’s compliance with federal voter list maintenance requirements.

Under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA), states must take reasonable steps to remove ineligible voters—such as those who have died, moved, or become inactive—while protecting eligible voters’ rights.

Judicial Watch filed the Colorado federal lawsuit to clean the voter rolls in 2020 on behalf of itself and three residents of Colorado. (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Griswold, et al.(No. 20-cv-02992)).

In March 2023, Colorado’s secretary of state agreed to settle the lawsuit and has confirmed to Judicial Watch that since 2023 the state removed 372,000 ineligible voters from the state’s voter registration lists.

Judicial Watch’s lawsuits and legal actions have now led to the removal of six million ineligible names from voter lists nationwide.

“This is a major Judicial Watch victory for election integrity,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Our lawsuit caused removal of 372,000 outdated registrations from Colorado’s voter rolls—which is a massive step toward cleaner elections.”

Judicial Watch is a national leader in election integrity and voting rights litigation, with a record of successful lawsuits enforcing constitutional redistricting standards and cleaning voter rolls nationwide.

In Kentucky, state election board officials reported that “roughly 735,000 ineligible voter registrations” have been removed from voter rolls, as part of a 2018 consent decree settling a Judicial Watch lawsuit.

As part of its 2022 settlement, New York City alone has removed 918,139 ineligible names from its rolls: data show 477,056 removals between March 2023 and February 2025, which is in addition to the 441,083 previously reported removals.

In Los Angeles, county officials confirmed the removal of more than 1.2 million names from voter rolls as part of a settlement. Judicial Watch legal pressure also resulted in election roll clean-ups in Pennsylvania, Colorado, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Ohio.

Federal courts in Oregon and Illinois have ruled that Judicial Watch’s lawsuits against those states to force them to clean their voter rolls may proceed. New voter roll legal action in California is imminent.

Judicial Watch’s election law efforts are led by Senior Attorney Robert Popper, who previously served in the Voting Section of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, where he managed voting rights investigations and litigation across dozens of states.

In March 2026, the Supreme Court of the United States held oral argument in a landmark election integrity case over whether the federal Election Day laws prohibit the counting of mail-in ballots that arrive after Election Day. Judicial Watch brought the underlying lawsuit on behalf of the Libertarian Party of Mississippi.

In January 2026, the Supreme Court of the United States decided 7-2 in favor of granting standing in a historic case filed by Judicial Watch on behalf of Congressman Mike Bost and two presidential electors who were before the court to vindicate their standing to challenge an Illinois law allowing the counting of ballots received up to 14 days after Election Day.
